Precision Coffee is awesome! Their teas and lattes are amazing and the owners and staff are personable and friendly. I personally love their fall marshmallow latte drink (the Spooky PSL), and their cinnamon bun latte drink. Although I often prefer a tea over a coffee, they know exactly how to make my coffee drink at the perfect sweetness. The ambiance is beautiful with plenty of windows and various kinds of seating (chairs, couches, etc). Precision Coffee is also open until 6PM on weekdays and 2PM on Saturday, meaning that I can come to the coffee shop past my 9-5 job. This amazing coffeeshop has and will always remain a staple spot of mine here in the Cedar/Vernon County area. Highly recommend! read more

I really enjoy coming to Precision Coffee when I am in Nevada. It's a great place to get a cup of coffee or tea and have a light bite to eat. I will often do some work as well. The space is open but warm and inviting. The staff is always so friendly and wonderful. Easy to find parking, comfy places to sit, clean spaces and free WiFi. read more

I was traveling down I-49 and was ready for a mid morning coffee fix. I first stopped in Butler but the coffee house was actually a front for a Christian book store. As soon as I didn't see an espresso machine and started hearing bible quotes being thrown my way from the backroom, I knew it was time to "Get out of Dodge". Next town - Nevada. I knew they had a college, so maybe a real coffee house? Yep they sure do, and it was beautiful! Precision is located in an old building near the courthouse square, featuring tall brick walls, original tin ceiling, accent lighting and leather and wooden tables and seating. It's quite attractive and very surprising for such a small town. The staff was friendly and actually brought our drinks to the table instead of making us come get them. Cool space, solid product. A great pit stop between KC and Joplin. read more

The chai tea latte here is amazing. If you try to get it from anywhere else in town, you'll be sadly disappointed. This is my must go place every time I'm in town. read more

Precision Coffee Company - Cafes Near Me - Nevada, Missouri

My boyfriend and I were traveling back to Northwest Arkansas from Kansas City during the snowstorm. We wanted to stop by for a coffee, and found precision online. We ordered the cappuccino in the charcuterie board and my cappuccino was fantastic! It took a little time to get our board, but it was only two girls working so I completely understand. The space was very open and quiet lovely atmosphere modern looking, and the girls provided excellent sweet customer service. The only downfall, no alcohol. :( I would definitely go back! read more

Precision Coffee Company - I ordered a Cappuccino and charcuterie board. Lovely atmosphere, very open, sweet customer service! - Cafes Near Me - Nevada, Missouri

Precision recently had a change of ownership. It moved to the LifeWalk (Church) building! The previous owners had made such a great space in the original location, and I am happy to say that the new location is just as amazing. It is a chill space, with lots of room! The seating is spread out to allow for business meetings, interviews or family touch bases. Precision has always had good coffee and incredible baked goods. The new owners have all of your old favorites on the menu, but they have added some new exciting food options! I went on Friday and Saturday, and I was so impressed with the space, the service and especially the food! The new charcuterie boards are unbelievable! They have a meat and cheese option, and a fruit and dessert option. They also make these boards to go! I truly do not think there is a better lunch in Nevada. I can't wait to try their breakfast sandwiches for their lunch salads. The new owners were able to retain several of the employees who worked at the previous location, so service is already pretty darn good. Be patient, though, because there are a lot of people who are just learning, but I have no doubt they will come up to speed quickly. Thanks to the new owners for saving our beloved coffee shop. :) read more

Precision Coffee Company is a diamond in the rough of Nevada, MO. Great aesthetic, great staff, and amazing coffee. This establishment makes a killer Charcoal Mocha latte - they muddle charcoal powder with the espresso. If you love coconut, then this is a must have. There's plenty of sitting areas to hang out at or do work. Cheers read more

Love this place! Food is good, coffee is good, and the atmosphere is on point! I highly recommend it!

Nevada was lacking a proper coffeehouse, so when Precision opened its doors I was ecstatic! The coffee is better than I could have hoped for... Precision has repeatedly prepared Americanos that use fantastic espresso and are full of flavor. Don't like coffee? No worries. Smoothies, teas, and a small assortment of pastries are available. Sit down and stay awhile! Precision has tons of natural light, ample seating, and free Wi-Fi. read more

Great coffee!! Stopped here and didn't know what to expect but it was wonderful and super cute. The staff was so nice and the atmosphere was magical. highly recommend! read more

This was my first time coming here and I absolutely love it! The coffee is amazing and the environment is truly wonderful. I will probably be going back again this week! read more

Great variety of choices for beverages and the staff are usually very friendly. I love their iced coffee flavors. I typically make pickup orders and it's always started right away and ready when I arrive. The atmosphere I would say is pretty relaxed for the most part, but a little too open and dark for my liking. I don't necessarily like that it's part of a church, but I do like how they have hosted a few musical talent events there. Prices are decent for beverages, but I think the food tends to be a little overpriced and lacking with variety. Overall, a good place to go to grab a cup of coffee and meet up with a friend, or get it to go quickly. read more

Came here with my mom and we both got a chai latte and split a bagel. The drinks were delicous and the bagel was nice and toasty. We were surprised at how much food you could get, as there were families having soups and lunch. Will say that while our wait staff was very sweet and helpful it did take them a while to make the drinks as there were only 2 people working a fairly full house. read more

Precision Coffee Company - a coffee table with two cups of coffee on it - Cafes Near Me - Nevada, Missouri

Prices and drinks are good, but it's disappointing that they seem to have missed that we're in a pandemic. No masks (even employees) and there doesn't seem to be much interest in extra sanitary attention. Typical of a community that doesn't believe COVID is real, yet still disappointing. I'll take my business to a company that cares about ALL customers, not just the ones who have healthy immune systems. It's a hard find, but there has to be somewhere in this town. read more

I've had a lot of coffee from different places. This is the best coffee I've ever had! I wish I lived closer!

The atmosphere is great. The baristas are super friendly. By far, this is my favorite place to get coffee! Love love love!

Awful. Waited 37 minutes for 3 drinks with 3 baristas working and only 1 person ahead of me. I ordered a chai latte, iced oat latte, and an iced tea at 9:44. At 10:13 they handed me a hot oat latte. I reminded them that it was iced and they apologized and began remaking it. At 10:18 they handed me the iced tea and the chai latte. At 10:21 they came back with the correct iced oat latte. Don't go unless you have an hour to spare! read more

Great little coffee shop. Decaf available!! The smoothies were great, my kids loved them.

On a recent trip back to Joplin from KC I needed a pick me up and decided to explore Nevada's coffee shop offerings. I saw that Precision had a 5-star rating and decided to give it a try. Man, am I glad I did! I ordered a regular latte and it was delicious! The espresso was smooth, with just the right amount of sweetness and the temperature was perfect. If you're traveling along I-49, I highly recommend getting off the beaten path for a visit to Precision Coffee. You won't be disappointed! read more
