He is knowledgeable, honest, friendly, and takes the time to explain what is going on. He not only got my air conditioning working again (without replacing it), but also gave me valuable advice on taking better care of the unit. He recommended keeping my thermostat set at 72 degrees so the HVAC system does not have to work as hard. He also advised me to leave all the vents open throughout the house rather than closing off individual rooms. Those practical tips were very helpful and showed that he genuinely cares about helping customers maintain their systems--not just completing a service call. I highly recommend Eric and Valley Heating and Air to anyone in the Grants Pass and surrounding areas who needs AC or heating service.
