We stop here when we come this way to visit relatives in East Tennessee. I was just crushed I was having to spend Christmas in a hotel. This guy working on Christmas Eve and he was just so cheerful. If I had only taken a moment to get his name. I tipped him a few bucks. What I could afford at the time. So to the guy who gave me a free coffee. Thank you. I was broke down and waiting on AAA to tow my vehicle, it took several days due to the bad weather…read morewe were having and lack of tow services participating with AAA in my area. This business accepted my work order through AAA to tow my vehicle, until the sheriffs office asked them to tow it. Seeing an opportunity for more money, the owner chose to tow for the sheriffs office instead of my insurance and charged me $315 CASH ONLY, which I did'nt have, refusing to let me use a credit card, (even though they accept credit cards for any other service), causing me even more stress and financial concern and threatening a $40 per day additional charge until I gave him the cash. The tow was less than 1 mile.
