A couple months later, car vibrating from front with burning smell coming from front wheels. Took it back to Porter`s and spoke with manager Tyler. Upon inspection, apparently front pads were not replaced at the previous visit and I was told that the $85 was a brake labor charge. Pads were replaced this time and I was charged an additional $65 for "pads only." Pretty shady in my opinion. I will not go back. They have lost me as a customer. My advice, go elsewhere for service.

I had previously had a vehicle buffed twice and a ceramic coating put on the truck to protect the paint. Most of the scratches went right through. I had suspected my tires were in need of replacing and as we examined them this was confirmed. I was remiss in checking them before we left Alabama. The tires would have to be ordered and would be in the next day. The next day before the appointment we were sight seeing and when I tried to start the vehicle it wouldn't. Sounded like the starter. I called and Dave told me about a towing service very close but told me he would send a man over (we were within a mile of the shop) to check it out. The guy got the truck started. (Bad battery) I took the truck to their shop and got the tires and battery. They even replaced a bad turn signal. I was not charged for the guy coming out or the turn signal bulb. Great service, quality products, and great people!
