Has since refused to allow the woman to enter the property to collect her cats that were still in her trailer when towed, and have since been let loose onto the property. Threatened to allow his dog to attack/kill her pets if she did not leave, even when on the street, which is public property. God forbid you required a sliver of customer service/consideration along with a tow, which is already an unpleasant life experience. I'm positive you can find another towing company owned by someone with moral standards and integrity. 0/10 recommend supporting the business of an individual who evidently gets satisfaction out of kicking a now homeless woman and her daughter when they're down.

I managed to pull off to the right side of the road but was only a couple feet away from very fast cars and trucks that would shake my vehicle as they passed. I called AAA but the first towing company they got for me called me 15 minutes later saying they wouldn't be able to get to me for at least 3 hours! After a couple more calls to AAA and a visit from a friendly highway patrol officer, I received a very welcome call from Walter at L&T Towing saying he was on his way. Walter was very friendly and helped me through a stressful situation. He knew the local town of Williams well and directed me to a highly rated mechanic who was able to work on my car early the next morning. He even dropped me off at a nearby Motel 6 where I stayed for the night. I can't thank Walter and L&T Towing enough for their excellent service! Sadly, my car seems to be in bad shape, and I had to leave it in Williams while I continued my trip with a rental car to move my daughter. I'll be back for my car in a few days to have it towed to the Subaru dealer in Sacramento. Hopefully I'll be able to get AAA to use L&T Towing and ideally Walter again for this next tow.

I came back at 8am and they got me in quickly even though there were other cars ahead of me. They were able to replace my timing belt and get my car ready by 3:30 that afternoon and at a reasonable price. Very helpful and straightforward.
