The kids weren't too bad and most of the people kept to themselves but weren't grouchy. I like when you can go to an event like this and feel okay. The market had a few local vendors, live entertainment, and a couple of food tents/mini-trucks! The market had Mexican, BBQ, Coffee and a couple other options. I got a tea from Clandestina and it was great! The City of Menifee put this together and honestly it was very inviting. The event is absolutely FREE so spread the word! I'd love for this event to become a regular Night Market! The merchants weren't pushy or rude. The items sold were good quality and had a solid value. They are located on the corner of a dirt lot under a pop up tent. Colorful, fresh produce is nicely displayed and such a feast for the eyes. They had a great selection as evidenced by my photos. I bought lettuce, cantaloupe, mangoes, and blueberries. I met Oswaldo & Alma who are the owners of this family farm & they were so friendly and sweet. I love supporting small family owned businesses. I'm hoping they flourish, which is why I am posting on Yelp so others can know about this gem in Winchester. I forgot to take photos of my haul before we ate everything. We're impressed and can't wait to return sometime this week. They are open Tuesday to Sunday and hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. We particularly like their Christmas holiday Glühwein, Weißwurst, Rheinwein and german Spätzle noodles mixes. Now, if you have never shopped in an ALDI's, don't forget to bring a quarter. Seems the original Albrecht brothers had a thing for shopping carts not being returned. LOL. Another German carryover is bagging your groceries quickly. Macht schnell!
