He started the project right away and blew away the contractor on time management. He even had to go through the lower units ceiling and still got done before the contractor was ready. The contractor also damaged some of the pan in one of the showers and it had to be redone. Kelly's came right in and handled it. Lance was easily accessible by phone and stopped by if we had any questions that needed to be seen since we were not always in the state. They were punctual and completely checked my system. The humidity was nearly 85% unless I ran a dehumidifier 24/7. They adjusted it so I don't have to run the dehumidifier and the unit totally comfortable. No dampness! When it was time for the annual cleaning, the company under contract never showed up so I called AAP Air again. They have this amazing method of deep cleaning the unit and inside vents that removes over 90% of bacteria. They meticulously worked on the unit and the result blew me away. Previously, each month when I replaced the AC filter it was TOTALLY black! I just changed the filter and, after AAP Air cleaned the unit, the filter still looks new!
