Me being an idiot, assumed we had a spare in a 2023 Accord. Unfortunately we did not and did not discover this until David arrived. If it wasn't for David being such an awesome person, we would've had to wait to be dispatched a tow truck and taken to a tire place. David offered to take the tire off, take one of us to the nearest tire store, and bring us back so he can put the tire on. This probably saved us hours of waiting and who knows how much money. David is proof that there are still good people in the world. He is a genuinely great human being.

Simply incredible service. These guys are friendly, prompt, and true experts at their jobs. I have…read morelived in Dunn, NC for 39 years and never even heard of them before, and their man Jerome, was here within twenty minutes and done with the job in another thirty. The job was extracting the keys from inside of a 1982 Corvette that were accidentally locked in there by my mechanic (a good mechanic too), while I was out getting parts. It took me longer to find this business than it did for them to solve the problem. Jerome had never had to unlock a Corvette before and actually retrieved the keys from in the ignition with a flexible metal rod and pulled them out through the gap between the driver side window glass and the body of the car. I then took the keys and unlocked the car, myself. like I said, simply incredible. 1SG(R) John Osborn 609 North Ellis Avenue Dunn, NC 28334 910-308-3030 SFQC 3-83 / OTC-18 / Delta Force combat veteran
