They collected the car, and me, and proceeded to go to Greensboro airport, some miles away so I could pick up a replacement rental car. As a result, I spent quite some time with Benny and his son on this ride to GSO. From pickup to drop off, they both were professional, friendly and helpful. It was a godsend to have this amiable pair pick me up on a dark country road in the middle of the night. I had a highly positive experience with them and I give Benny's Towing in Asheboro a strong recommend.

Showed up and his jump box was dead. So he couldn't jump my jeep off to get a battery test. Tried multiple times. Finally got a read and it showed the battery was bad with weak charge. He said it wasn't a good enough reading to replace the battery. He needed to check the alternator. He couldn't check that without getting the jeep to run. Which he couldn't with no battery on the van and dead jump box. He said there was nothing more he could do. I asked him to come back with the battery so he could do his test. He tried to charge me. I said i will pay when he comes back and completes the job. He agree'd. Said he understood and GAVE ME THE OPTION TO NOT PAY. Tracy told him not to leave. And then called the police on me for mot paying. I was forced to pay them. They never came back to resolve the battery issue. I purchased a new battery from another company the next day (even though i was in warranty) and never had another issue out of the jeep. Cruddy people. Absolutely disgusting service. Tracy should be ashamed to act in business like this. They showed up with no ability to fix or test my jeep. And still charged me for showing up. And called the police on me after the driver agree'd to come back the next day with a battery. And then they never showed up.

I would strongly recommend not taking your vehicle's here because I was referred by a so call…read morefriend that works there to have my step son's 93 ford ranger for service and repairs and boy do I wish I hadn't! I knew it needed some stuff done like passenger side motor mount tighten or replaced, aligned and i thought inspected but because of age it really isn't required also a battery. So i called and talked to the owner and he was informed of what I knew it needed and he was like bring it on and perhaps it will be finished today, so I said just let me know what all needed to be done so I can verify if we were going to have it done or not and was reassured that he would.(But never did)So later that day I went to drop it off and told the lady there the same thing and she too said ok (but never did)Three days go by and I messaged my friend and asked if he knew anything since he recommended me I thought he would be doing all the repairs and he told me they replaced the battery and tightened the motor mount and they were working on the front brake line because the passenger side was leaking and they needed a longer one since the truck was lifted so once that was done they should be calling me.Five or so days later I called and talked to the owner and he said they were going to try something to fix the brake line so they wouldn't need some extra long one's and should be ready that day perhaps. The next morning I missed a call from them saying it was ready to be picked up, so I called them back and asked the owner what the damage was and he started telling me they replaced front two wheel bearings and some bushings for the alignment, inspection, 6' of vacuum lines, tightened both motor mounts, replaced both brake lines and lowered them to fit better, replaced the battery and terminals and checked for parasitic draw, and i might need a brake booster some time. I thought he said $800 and boy was i wrong I go there and it was $1900 smh he said they gave us a $100+ discount also! yeah right. As I'm driving it home I noticed a light cover sitting in the floor board broken from under the hood they never mentioned when I get home I noticed something wet from under it! it was the power steering cap not on all the way! Also it drove better before taking it there!

We purchased a 2021 Toyota Highlander Platinum from Vann York Subaru GMC for $31,500 out the door…read moreafter going through the usual lengthy back-and-forth negotiation process. After the paperwork was signed and we had left the dealership, Vann York's business office--apparently unaware that we had already purchased the vehicle--contacted us and offered another $1,000 off that same Highlander. Let that sink in: we had just finished negotiating, signed the contract and driven away, and then the dealership offered to sell the same vehicle for $1,000 less. That completely changed how we felt about the transaction. Instead of feeling like we had reached a fair agreement, we were left feeling that the dealership could have given us the additional discount all along. At the very least, it exposed a serious lack of communication between departments. Buying a vehicle should leave the customer feeling confident about the deal--not discovering immediately afterward that the dealership was apparently willing to accept $1,000 less.
