After 2 days of working with a plumber who didn't want to tear up the wall or floor since he couldn't tell where the water was coming from, and then trying to find someone who would tear out the floor and look for the leak, a friend steered me to this company. The owner was on vacation out of the state but called me back and then contacted his team who came and found the leak right away. They were hard working and professional yet very friendly and sympathetic to our problem. They were careful with our things and our home. I can't say enough good about them! They patched the wall up as good as new and replaced the trim that was removed and did not damage the trim or baseboard. I wish I could say the same for the people who took out the rest of the floor and replaced it. I am sorry I didn't let Major Damage do the whole project but my insurance company had a preferred company. In hind sight, I would have used Major Damage for the total job. That would be my recommendation to others. I think it would have been finished a lot sooner too. I checked on the progress over several months, from July 2017 until Feb 2018, with repeated promises of the work to be done, today I asked the people in the front about the work to be done, and they said they knew nothing about it. I was told I wouldn't have to touch the exterior logs for years. Months later, it looks like the cabin hasn't been touched. Months later, they sent someone over when I wasn't home and they PAINTED my deck - which was never part of the original job - in fact, I specified that they not touch any wood whatsoever that was covered by a roof or awning. I had to wait months for them to send someone out to fix my front deck. The guy they sent, Bryant, told me he was the guy on the job who stained and finished the exterior logs and he remarked that something was certainly wrong with the job. The owner, Steve, has refused to address this after multiple phone calls and text messages. Very unprofessional. He'll be hearing from my attorney!

So I got a call from my renter who said she is hearing water running. I called this company to do a…read morewater detection to see where it was coming from. She had used 27,000 gallons of water. But the question was where was s all this water going. Come to find out it was the tank on top of the water heater. So they found where it was leaking and fixed the problem. I went the next day to pay and she sad they were coming back out to check the pressure of the tank to make sure it was fixed. I get over there to inspect there work I wasn't pleased how they left the old tank in front of the place and left the water meter still uncovered. Still waiting on them to finish there inspection. Which I'm sure they won't it's been over a week since the work order was issued. Not sure I'll use this company again
