The next time I went was supposed to be just for a cleaning but low and behold my insurance I was told will cover full facial X-rays and gum decease diagnostics so they said they couldn't just do a cleaning without doing everything else that the insurance paid for. They did everything else and then wanted to reschedule me for my teeth cleaning which would have been an extra visit charge. I confronted them about what was going on and they said that they would remove me as a patient. I was Okay with that because, I knew that I was be charged excessively. I would rate them as a ripoff business!
