I was quoted 158 for this job the day prior over the phone and I confirmed at the start of the appointment if that would be the price. My brakes were in poor shape, missing a brake pad on one side and the mechanics spent an extra 15-20 mins working on my cylinder. At the end of the job, Chris informed me that they got air on the line and would have to bleed the brakes. (I've always had my brakes bled at the end of any brake job so this is standard for me to have done whenever I get my breaks done. They told me this would be an extra 120 dollars at the end of the job. My father is a mechanic and said that price was a little high just to bleed the brakes and was very familiar with the procedure. He told me "go call your dad and ask him to send you more money." When I asked if they could take 20 bucks off and knock the price down to 100 from 120 he asked me to tell him how old I was which I thought was rude and uncalled for. I told him I was 30 and he proceeded to say "wow you look 18" and said "one day you're going to have to learn that everything in life isn't free sweetheart." When I went to his office to pay he also said I'm going to have to buy him lunch because they spent extra time working on my car than they planned. Disgusting behavior. I would not recommend this shop to any woman (or really anyone) unless you want to be taken advantage of and upsold. They ended up bleeding one brake so my car would be somewhat drivable. My interior dashboard was also scratched up when I got my car back from them.

I messed up an electrical connection on one of my cars by accident doing some service on it. I could not fix it. My wife needed that car for work within a few days and my time was limited during that time to get it somewhere to get fixed. I called CLTmobile and got an appt booked right away. Mechanic came on time; he was super nice and very knowledgeable. He did a terrific job at a very affordable price! I will definitely be using them for all my automotive needs going forward that I can't fix myself. The VW is now at 135,000 miles, King Auto has provided service over 92,000 of those miles. The owner has always been gracious and helpful. He's always advised things to watch out and plan for. Typically can see me same day, if the bays are occupied, I'll return as he's available. Only a few times, I'd leave the auto and return upon completion. I refer friends and clients. I am extremely frustrated with my experience at AAA Car Care Center - W.T. Harris. My vehicle was…read moretowed there on July 24 due to overheating, and what followed was weeks of delays, poor communication, payment pressure, and some of the most dismissive customer service I have experienced. I was initially presented with approximately $355 in charges, followed by an estimate exceeding $2,000. After I challenged the price, the total was reduced to $1,652.43. I was also expected to make substantial payments before repairs could proceed and was concerned about being charged storage fees while my vehicle sat on their property. I made multiple payments and ultimately paid my balance in full. However, on August 20, I learned that my vehicle had not been worked on because they assumed I would not be able to pay until the end of the month. After paying the remaining balance, I was told my vehicle would be ready the next day. That promise was not honored. When I called for an update on August 22, I was told my vehicle still had not been worked on. When I questioned the delay, I was told, "Your car has been here over a month," followed by, "I don't see what the urgency is." The irony is that AAA's own service paperwork states: "One Time. On Time. Courteous. Honest Repairs." Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. I have spent hundreds of dollars on Uber rides, dealt with disruptions to my work and family responsibilities, and spent weeks trying to get clear answers about a vehicle that AAA had in its possession. What concerns me most is the difference between the urgency expected from me to pay and the lack of urgency shown in actually completing the work. Customers deserve transparency, communication, and respect--especially after paying thousands of dollars for repairs. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location. I hope AAA takes this matter seriously and takes the necessary steps to rectify how this situation was handled.
