I will never purchase from these people agin. I feel that I should NOT be penalized for their mistakes and poor quality control. They should check the product before it goes out to the customer.

So as I hurriedly thought of gift ideas and got ideas from my loved ones, I knew BB&B would be the place to go! I grabbed my gallon sized bag of coupons, took a deeeeeep breath, and headed out the door. I expected a disheveled store as it was toward the end of the day, but i was very impressed with the order and cleanliness of the store. I quickly found what i was looking for, in fact, a little too quickly.... sooooo... that meant i I had some time to look around for more things. I love the section of china and fine dining. They have everything from Kate Spade to Spode to Lennox to many other desirable goods. The staff made sure to let me know they were there for any questions or needed assistance. I found a couple of items that I had been searching for at other big box stores and could not find, and decided I should head out before I shopped only for me! When i walked in, the check out line was wrapped around a corner, but they made some additional counters available, and by the time I was ready, there were only two customers ahead of me. You never know what sort of mood a store employee will be in during the Christmas rush, but the man who worked my transaction was so friendly, pleasant, and had a conversation with me as I paid. He could ave just done the job and let me be, but he individualized our conversation. Oh, and coupons, you can still use as many as you want. So my bag got a little lighter that trip, though I'm sure in the next weeks, I'll receive more to replace them and add them to my stash!
