Since I am at my 5 year mark she cut me lose and I do not have to return. Even though I saw her twice at my last appointment she did wish me luck and gave me a hug. The surgery was performed expertly and I was out of the hospital in two days. He visited me each day in the hospital making sure I was progressing as expected. The entire hospital staff at St. Francis was outstanding with special recognition to Victoria in pre-op, Olga who transported me to the surgical suite, Rosy the RN who oversaw my care the first day, and also Salome, Larisa, John, and Tyler. Dr. Yamashita had me in for a post-op conference explaining the necessity of taking it easy for 4 to 6 weeks to heal appropriately. The surgery and post surgery care were outstanding. One day I would be told they didn't get my fax, next they have every thing and it will be sent I'd check back and it was still not sent off. I got the run around for 3 weeks and it was finally sent off because I called every day dome days multiple times per day. Each time I called I was given a different person to talk to and nothing was certain. To put it short my insurance still hasn't received anything from this office and I'm still calling daily trying to get it taken care of. I wish I could talk with the surgeon about this because I know of one person who had the same experience as me and she switched over to a different center because of the staff that handle things for the provider. If they sent my paperwork off they sent it to the wrong place which is another means of concerns. Where'd my personal information go to?
