Last one was today. Received email after someone sent them an email. Seriously folks not rocket science we are dealing with here. Agree it's other reviewers. They manage to take the cheap way out and are rude and condescending. Not helpful at all. Oh and they fixed the puddling then freezing of water last year by running a pipe under my driveway. Ended up with a two foot hole, luckily no one fell it in. Now driveway is cracking in that area.

In my window sills there is literal growing mold because of the water that comes in, yet they're not interested in fixing it. Now I'll be contacting the code department to serve that the windows are not up to code and demand they get replaced. & did I mention they know I'm 3 days out from giving birth.. and the first time I contacted them about the windows was June 24, it's now Sept 11th- what a head ache. I believe they stage houses to look nice before you rent, then you move in and realize all of the problems you're about to endure. Also here is texts from there maintenance guys that even agreed the windows need replaced and are irreparable.

We heard about Ryan and Starting Point Realty through Reddit and could not be happier with our…read moreexperience. We moved to the area from out of state, and Ryan helped us every step of the way, from finding a short-term rental to finding our home and closing. What stood out most was how genuinely he cared about us. From day one, he treated us like longtime friends rather than clients. He also has an incredible network of people he trusts, and you could tell he genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right. Simply put, Ryan is knowledgeable, responsive, trustworthy, and a genuinely good dude. We would recommend him and his team to anyone looking for a realtor!

We're first…read moretime home buyers, and even though we did as much self-learning education we could, he taught us there was always more and more to learn during the home buying process. Even though we had a hard time deciding between single family homes (Detached) and town homes/Condos (Attached), Ryan was always patient with us. He was with us every step of the way with great insights on affordability, explaining how home offers work, even when we decided to switch our search locations! No matter the twists and turns we presented (I'm sorry Ryan!!), Ryan stood by our side the entire process. In fact, he was a mentor for us, who went to essentially EVERY single house we wanted to see, who gave valuable opinions and insights on every home and even the area where the home was located. He checked in with us and made sure we actually loved the house instead of pushing us towards a home to make a quick sale. Ryan is the kind of real estate agent you would want; patient, will educate you during the whole process, and will ensure you're taken care of during the whole process!

For us it was a home & not a building. Marco helped us choose a decorating scheme that attracted contemporary buyers and suggested a way to stage the living room that we couldn't have dreamed of. After the prep, he had 2 offers after 7 showings. One of them was full price and "as is". Marco helped with negotiations after the village's pre-sale inspection came back with requirements that would be found in new construction and were not common when the home was built in 1950. The house was listed after Labor Day and closed at the end of October. I recommend Marco as a realtor and would not look anywhere else.
