I'm 54 and this is the best dentist I've been to. I wish I'd found them sooner. Dr. Bazzi is…read morefantastic, highly talented and a true perfectionist. One of my crowns wasn't perfect so he sent it back to the lab and had them redo it. Z is a true gem. Incredibly talented, always happy and so funny! Everyone I've met has been kind, supportive and patient. They consistently ask to make sure you're not in pain, which is a definite plus in my book. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Now stop procrastinating and make an appointment, you won't be sorry.

The chair I sat in was old, worn-out and ripped. Now, here comes the most important part. I switched dentists a year ago and that was the worst mistake ever!!! Dr. Benjamin would not add a small additional filling to an edge of my tooth; that was impacting my gums from food. Her and the office manager pressured my hesitancy, as she stated, she doesn't do patch work, the tooth had to be refilled entirely. After looking at the x-ray, but still skeptical, I decided to go ahead with the refilling. After the procedure, I was LIVID!! Dr. Benjamin shaved the backside of the tooth below where it was originally, and up to a point that it looks like a canine's tooth. Furious, she tried to shave the point down, OMG!! still noticeable. I'm so upset, that I don't want any dentist doing anything in my mouth again!! I believe, what she did was intentional; as she didn't give me a mirror to see it afterwards. I feel too embarrassed to show any pictures online but believe my story. Always follow your first instinct!! I am DONE with Dr. Benjamin and Cambridge Dental Group.

It has been a year since I have started Ortho treatment. I was apprehensive about taking on another…read moremonthly payment, but it was the best decision ever. Since the early year of my youth I desired to correct my gap, but it was not affordable. Now fast forward to the golden year of my (insert age here) life I took the plunge. Spending $2,500 - $6,000 on braces definitely required research. I searched several orthodontists and their backgrounds. I felt the most confident with Dr. Teifer based on her advanced training. The dental office is welcoming with bright colors and smiling faces. That is a good thing for parents with little ones since they offer pediatric dentistry. My visit was on a Saturday, which is the new patient consult day. I had x-rays completed, review of payment options and review of my dental needs with Dr. Teifer. After that, I decided to put money down and start treatment. My employer offers adult ortho coverage, so my out of pocket was not so high. Otherwise, I would not have gotten braces. For the cost of a daily latte I have begun the transformation process. The great part is they offer in house payment options with no interest. This made my decision much easier. There was a noticeable difference in my gap closure and teeth structure within a few months and I still have 12 months to go. My adjustment visits are planned in advance and last less than 30 minutes. The tightening of the wire was really uncomfortable in the beginning, but is manageable now since my space has closed up tremendously. At this point I have to wear rubber bands 24/7, which has taken me back to looking like a kid, but I love the results so far. Getting braces has made a difference for me personally and I feel comfortable at Today's Orthodontics. *update with photos once complete will posted*

July 2017: So every experience I've had here since I got my braces on has been great until today…read more You don't mess with my money. That aspect of your business should be together. July 10th these are coming off. I'll be going somewhere else if my teeth aren't where I want them fully. Update - May 2018: Since this review, things did become a bit better until yesterday. I called the canton location because my not so permanent retainer fell off ($350) and I wanted to get it replaced. The rep on the phone tells me that I have a balance of $100 from that installation. Here we go with the billing nonsense again! I kindly tell the rep that I paid for my permanent retainer with my medical FSA and signed up for the remaining $100 to be automatically withdrawn from my account MONTHS ago. I've literally had my permanent retainer for months! So, when I call today you just casually tell me I have a balance? Why is this not something that was not withdrawn and/or rectified months ago? Here I am thinking that I'm paid in full and can get my retainer replaced. The rep tells me that she is going to call me back and won't schedule my appointment to get my retainer fixed until she figures out my "billing" issue. Honestly, enough is enough. I used to love this company and what it stood for, but it's just a hot mess. And why is my almost $400 retainer falling off anyway? I am leaving for Aruba tomorrow and cannot get my teeth taken care of. It's like I'm better off starting over somewhere else! My teeth are constantly separating and now my permanent retainer won't stay on? I've invested so much money...

Asked for what I would owe for each of my kids appt, so i could pay it. Than when My oldest last few appts were coming up and my part was big. I called to re-schedule the appt because of the cost. The office manager said I wont be that much your insurance just renewed. I said ok asked what my part would be for each appt. So i did all 4 her appts. Than they start saying stuff about owing money. They also started putting money I paid on my kids or my account but not for the right person. Which i told them every time, I had all my receipts. Than they started not giving them unless I asked. Mine amount they said I owe was like $1500-$2000 so they said. And Dr. Laura was gonna give me $800.00 off because she felt bad. I Did pay a little that day but, told them I was not paying nothing more till i get proof!!!! Dr. Harness was weird after that didn't see her much after that. They did ask a few times when I was gonna pay it. And i told them i was not going to. They messed up all my stuff and i went way into mine, and both my kids account. I paid in cash over $6000.00 plus tapped out my insurance. I even called my insurance plan because they were charging for stuff we didn't get, or charging the wrong kid or me. Shorty after that Dr. Harness was no longer there nor the staff. When speaking with the new staff she informed me that many people were saying the same thing. I even asked them to look into my account and they have and can't figure it out. Stay away from her something with the billing and money is not right.
