It's never really…read morebeen on our radar as a place to try, but the restaurant week menu looked pretty good, so we figured, why not. We came early, and I'm glad we did as they had many reservations that night and the restaurant is pretty small, but we got a seat right away. The view was pretty impressive since the restaurant is on the 8th floor, but I assume it was better before the large parking ramp went in. The waiter was quick to get our order and the manager came over and chatted with us for a while. Very friendly staff. We also noticed that they don't accept tips and if any are left on the table they go to charities. Definitely made this a higher value for restaurant week, and it was nice to hear that the employees are paid well. As for the food, we ordered the whitefish and corn fritters and beef skewers for our appetizers. The fritters were the perfect texture, crisp outside and soft pillowy inside. They came with a hot honey dip and were quite tasty. Also they gave you plenty to share. The beef skewers were also very tasty. You couldn't go wrong with either appetizer. For the main we got the pork chop and the Mahi Mahi. The pork chop was a little difficult to cut, but I think that was moreso due to the knife, as it tasted great. Well seasoned and also paired nicely with the hot honey dip it came with. The sweet potato puree was a good pair with the pork. The Mahi Mahi was also well seasoned and paired well with all the veggies in the succotash. The dessert options were a fruit tart and a black forest bombe. As a dessert/cheesecake snob, I thought the crust on the tart was impressive but the pastry cream was lacking a little flavor; it could have just used a little more lemon or something tart in the filling. The black forest bombe was the winner of the desserts and had a nice presentation. Overall, we were fans and this is definitely now on our radar for a dinner date. Would recommend!

I eventually got him to come back and put in my order but would disappear after every interaction. He never brought me water or silverware and I had to wave down another waitress for these. The food was good (minus the cheesecake, it was odd tasting and kind of stale), views were nice but the bartender was disappointing in his service. If I stay in the Fluno again, I'd just save my time and try to go somewhere else.

AMBIANCE: We visited in early December, so the space was absolutely decked out in holiday decorations. Even without the holiday decor, the space shines - eclectic wallpaper and colorful decor, unique furniture and lighting that makes for a truly special atmosphere. SERVICE: We had a reservation in the Clementine, and our member friend was greeted by name before we even got to the check-in desk. We had friendly, attentive service throughout our meal! FOOD: The Clementine menu offers classics you can expect to see year-round, as well as rotating classics. Of course, the seasonal offerings caught my eye! Tip: You can get some of the items they offer in the more casual bar in the basement up here! We ordered their famous cheese curds from that menu for starter. We split a wedge salad which was delicious and crisp. For dinner, I ordered the Elk Osso Buco and it was divine. Slow roasted to perfection and falling off the bone, unique vanilla parsnip puree, and delicious coffee roasted carrots complimented perfectly. Others in my party ordered the filet steak which was cooked to perfection, and the Apple Cider Glazed Pork Belly - which was maybe our favorite of the night with its bright Asian-inspired flavors and kohlrabi pear slaw. We were really indulging, so ended with creme brulee and the dark chocolate banana mousse dome. Both, again delicious. Top-notch fine dining experience here - I loved every bite!

The brisket sandwich I was not impressed with. Very dry and needed a sauce or something. The pickled veggies on it just didn't do it for me. The bacon jam burger was good. Tons of flavor. The burger was a bit overdone but something I'd order again. The fish my dad had he said was lacking flavor. The turkey sandwich was very yummy though. Another item I'd recommend. The frites were good but the flavored aioli was very mildly flavorful mayo and was just ok.
