I looked at the reviews (all five stars) and decided to contact them to get an estimate. Andres responded in a matter of minutes and was onsite at my house providing an estimate within the hour. The estimate provided to install a new irrigation system was more than fair and extremely competitive. I told Andres I wanted to get a couple more estimates from his competitors and he understood. I was pleasantly surprised that Andres requested the opportunity to further improve his quote should a competitor submit a lower bid. The work done by AG Irrigation was completed on time with high quality and no additional cost or surprises. My irrigation system was quoted to be completed over the weekend and it was completed on time despite a lot of rain that Andres and his Team needed to work around that weekend. The Team finished the irrigation system on a Sunday because of an abundance of rain Friday and Saturday. Despite the rain setback to their schedule, AG Irrigation did not ask/charge extra for working Sunday because they committed to have the work done over the weekend. The irrigation system is extremely easy to use and works flawlessly. Andres and his Team aimed all sprinklers to my satisfaction, walked me through the configuration settings, and made sure all debris was cleaned up around my yard before they left. Andres even did a backflow test of the completed system and filed it for me with the city of West Lafayette for 2024. Finally, Andres reminded me of my one year warranty on the entire system and told me to call him directly if I experienced any problems. I could not be more pleased with the work done by Andres and his Team, and I know that I have increased my property value by $5000 - $10,000 by adding this irrigation system. I do not normally give Yelp or internet reviews of my service providers, but I feel compelled to do so for AG Irrigation because the work performed by Andres and his Team was outstanding. They came back this spring and spot seeded some areas, but under contract documents they are liable for making a real lawn established for a one year period. They apparently never the tree stock they installed last summer, which again, was specified in the construction documents to replace. Drive by Church Alive on C. Perhaps this is not part of our contract, but for as long as I have lived here (10+ years), the lawns have never been aerated, leading to deep thatch and poorly growing grass. For a community where I am not obligated to care for the lawn, I spend an inordinate amount of time attempting to "fix" whatever it is that we are paying Lawn and Shrub to do. Don't get me started on mulch application and edging. Would not recommend.

I called these guys on a referral from a neighbor to come have a look at a leaky main and a bad…read morebackflow prevention valve. The tech, Blake, took a couple of minutes to fiddle around with both of them, and then declared, much to my relief, that neither was bad - 2 seasons without service or use had probably just hardened some seals, and once they had a chance to moisten they worked the way they should. A dishonest guy COULD have taken me for a ride - and I was expecting a pretty expensive visit, so I wouldn't have put up much of a fight. After that we walked around the yard for a half hour just looking at the system and he gave me a lot of tips about how to do simple things myself to troubleshoot common issues - I've put the advice to good use. Again, a dishonest guy could have offered to fix alot of things that took about 5 minutes to do myself. Very satisfied - will have them back in the fall to blow it down, and will have them on speed dial in case problems arise.

He came out to our property and together we looked over the property and we had a detailed discussion on what (specifically) we needed in terms of varying coverages for the lawn and landscaping [we had a total of 15 zones installed]. While their quote was higher than some others I had received, clearly the system was going to be better (more tailored to the different coverages needed for the various plantings and lawn). Also, Chris kept to the quoted pricing [I've had irrigation/sprinkler work done in the past and in every case, those contractors always had some "extra" charges that they added to the original quote...]. Chris was onsite during the installation to make sure that the work his crew did was to his standards. We are very happy with the results.

I've had it with these guys! We've been using them for over 13 years. Today they said they sent someone to activate the system last June, but no one was here and they charged the contract $180 for a service call. $120 for the service call, and $60 for waiting a half hour. I have no record of making an appointment, and received no phone calls about them coming to my home last June. I've put up with some of their pretty rude technicians over the years, and this is the last straw. These guys are also markedly more expensive than most, if not all, of their competitors, and on numerous occasions I've had to significantly adjust the sprinkler heads, and have found units tossed to the side and no replacement installed.
