The office is not huge, but they are clearly very popular and very busy! Despite that, everybody on the staff was friendly and accommodating, and we never felt rushed. When I made the appointment with Shannon, she was amazing. I am disabled and my mother's elderly, so she gave me a lot of information and assured me that she would make sure we were taken care of. She was not lying! She took great care of us. Dr. garden was very knowledgeable. He gave us a lot of insight and told us what we needed to do before he would be willing to schedule the extraction. He wanted to make sure that my mother was as prepared as possible and even told us that one of the medications she is taking Would be problematic so he told us to stop taking it for a period of time before he would be willing to schedule the procedure. The time that he spent explaining the process to us and the fact that he cared enough to say he wasn't comfortable doing the procedure until my mother took these steps in preparation, impressed me. My mother was very anxious about this whole process and he made her feel very comfortable. If you need oral surgery, I highly recommend this practice! Everybody on the staff is kind, professional, and very knowledgeable.

He explained that there were certain things she had to do before we could move forward and schedule the extractions. The front desk staff, Shannon specifically, was also phenomenal. From the moment I called to place the appointment and asked her many questions, to when we arrived, and she helped get us checked in and settled, she was great. Very friendly and personable, but also very knowledgeable and professional. This dentist is obviously very popular based on the amount of people that were there. However, even though he was running behind, the staff kept us informed and were still very efficient. But despite that, he did not rush us, and he answered all of our questions. If you need to have any teeth extracted, and you find him on your own or get a referral, I would not hesitate to reach out because it was a very positive experience, and we definitely feel more comfortable about returning when my mother is ready to have her teeth extracted.

I'm not quite sure his name I believe it was DoctorTeneaca. instead of doing the implant tooth, he suggested working inlay. He was the professional, so I was completely fine with the decision he made.. however, the needle for the Novacaine was extremely painful. He asked several times about the extent of the numbness. I wasn't quite happy as I feel the numbness was where he expected it to be. I told him where it was, and he began the procedure.. The procedure was quite painful. My mouth hurt the entire time, but I sucked it up and let him finish. i've had nothing with problems with that back tooth such as pain and extreme sensitivity. I didn't pursue it. I really thought I was being a child until very recently. I can't even drink anything; cold without excruciating pain. I called the office last was pretty much put off with the explanation that you know a tooth can die anytime. I really don't feel I would be in the situation. I'm in except for having this surgery, which I feel. Was not done properly. It cost me $1000 as my insurance had been used up. I have since called and spoke with the asked if Humana was accepted by their practice and was told pretty much any PPO was accepted. I asked again, but I never really received an absolute confirmation. Since I retired three months ago, and I was gonna have to go for a dental insurance I really needed to have an answer so that I would know that they would accept my insurance. But in light of everything, they were willing to give me an appointment without the insurance, which means I would've had to pay directly. Two years ago, I would've recommended this facility now I'd tell you to steer clear.

First time I'm hearing this I was set aback. She told me I should've looked myself and figured out how much I was going to have to pay before coming in & that's not her job. I told her I was there the week previously and got cleaning free of charge she said that was a mistake and charged me an extra $179. These ladies sitting at the front desk should be making no more than $12 /hr a real joke. I paid it outright after what I felt was a racist and condescending remark from the receptionist and will never go back!!!!! Be aware ask the questions because the receptionist are there for nothing. Why take my insurance info if you're not going to tell me my copay before during or a whole week after the procedure. Very unprofessional. And when I went back I asked for an itemized list of what I was charged for and found out the charged me for 3 fillings without my knowledge
