5 Stars - Life-Changing Care from Dr. David Valle…read more I've been seeing Dr. David Valle at True Health & Wellness for the past 9 months, and the difference he's made in my life is incredible. When I first came in, I was dealing with lower back, hip, and foot pain that was affecting my training and daily comfort. Dr. Valle took the time to understand my concerns and created a thorough, personalized treatment and workout plan. Thanks to his expertise and care, I've not only been pain-free--I've been injury-free. I was able to train for and complete a half marathon feeling strong, confident, and without any issues. That's something I couldn't have imagined before starting treatment. If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares and delivers real results, I highly recommend Dr. Valle and the team at True Health & Wellness. Thank you, Dr. Valle!

I came in with serious back, neck, and hip issues--some from childbirth, some from working a sedentary job--and within the first month and a half, I saw major progress. Dr. David is extremely diligent and takes the time to truly understand what's going on. He listens, explains, and adjusts care based on your specific needs. I've never felt rushed or like I was just another appointment on the schedule. I've also never felt pressured to come in more than needed--his focus is genuinely on your health and healing, not on sales. My lower back pain is now minimal, and while healing takes time, I have full confidence I'll be back to 100% with his care. The office is clean, professional, and welcoming. You can tell the team knows their stuff. Highly, highly recommend!

I called a few local chiropractors and didn't get a good vibe but until I got ahold of Dr. Mahbod. He is truly an angel and I'm so thankful that I was able to find him. He truly has a rare approach to care and healing that you don't find very often anymore. I never felt like I was being rushed through or treated like just another appointment. His focus genuinely seemed to be on helping heal the root issue and getting me out of pain -- not just doing a quick adjustment and sending me on my way. The office itself also has a very peaceful and calming atmosphere. There's even the sound of a small waterfall/fountain outside that adds to the tranquil environment, which honestly helped me relax the moment I walked in. His wife also works there, though I personally did not meet her so I can't comment on that

Dr. Quon İ have been…read morea patient of Dr. Quon since May 2018 and I remeber my first adjustment so clearly because I was on cloud nine for almost 10 days. I have had back pains, neck pain you name it I had it. I remember I wanted to have an adjustment so bad for months but at the same time I was scared of it. By the time I had the courage to come and see Dr. Quon. I was sleeping on the floor almost daily for two weeks (that seemed to help a little with my pain at the time) after my first adjustment, I had tears of joy because literally I haven't felt that good for a LONG time physically. He is an amazing human being foremost , he truly cares about almost everyone's well being. During pandemic while everyone was hiding he was at the front line to do whatever he can to help, you literally see this kind of devotion selflessness on TV's nowadays but I was lucky enough to witness it firsthand. There are so many incidents where I exercised the wrong way couldn't move properly, had a lymphatic drainage massage which made it worse I couldn't turn my head to my rightside, while sitting on the chair I dropped a pistachio shell and while I was picking it up (while seated) there was a funny noise came out of spine which I didn't pay much attention to but felt weird, three hour's later I was almost screaming in pain when I tried to move. All of these instances Thank God he was there for me (forever grateful) I always go to Dr. Quon whenever I deal with anything health related so much so I haven't been to my family practitioner for almost 3 years. Everyone in his office so kind and caring Dr. Lau,Jasmine, Dr. Vincent, Dr. Bridget they all are exceptional. One recent particular instance which was super important for me to realize that no matter whatever İ'm dealing with always go to Dr. Quon first. February 2023 my daughter had ear infection (at least that's what the Dr. Said) she was on antibiotics for 5 days and everything seemed ok. Then same issues happened to me went to the urgent care diagnosed with ear infection went on antibiotics everything was ok. After about 2 weeks same issue reappeared again went to the Urgent care prescribed a stronger version of antibiotics helped again but while I was on the med day 3 went to ENT to have my ears checked and that specialist said both of my ears look perfectly clear and healthy and the only explanation he had for my situation was jaw clenching. Anyway I kept on using the antibiotics which somehow helped and again 1-2 week after when I was done with the medication. Out of nowhere I woke up with one of the worst earache possible right side. Mind you I really have a high threshold for physical pain. Again went to the urgent care again (stupid me) they check and say the same stuff (ear infection) prescribed me a stronger version of antibiotics but this time, I didn't used it. By the end of that day the pain almost disappeared and I was only left with a sensation of a little fullness which was perfectly ok "considering". Anyhow 2 days passed by and I woke with a swollen neck (right side) plus ringing ear. Oh men I really don't know which one was worse. I decided to go to Dr. Quon I normally would have done it in the first place but I was brain washed to think that I had an ear infection and only way to get rid of it is antibiotics "period" Anyhow I told Dr. Quon everything that had happened was there so scared because of the swollen lymph node plus the ringing ear which was driving me crazy especially when everyone went to bed and it is dead silent and the ringing was more intense. He told me to relax and not to think the worse at least for a while. First Dr. Bridget did some massages to my face and neck it was a bit painful but felt so right (she is amazing by the way, next day my neck was so defined it almost looked like I had a plastic surgery "not kidding") Right after that Dr. Quon gave me my 1st Jaw adjustment and I had the same sensation when I had my first adjustment from him which was 5 years prior. Anyhow my right side of the neck was 70% deflated next day and the ringing was less noticeable by day 3 or 4 I was back to my 100% but I had jaw adjustment and massages 4/5 times that month. I would've come every day if I have to because I felt whole lot better after every initial visit. I'm so LUCKY and BLESSED to have known you Dr. Quon and his family. God bless you all

I made an appointment specifically with Dr. David Soloway because of his great reviews. My insurance adjuster had originally assigned me to a different chiropractor, but I personally requested a transfer and waited longer for insurance approval -- because I truly wanted to be seen by Dr. David, not just anyone in-network. But during my visit, no one told me he wasn't available. Instead, I was seen by someone else who briefly mentioned that he works part-time at the clinic. I honestly thought he was a PA or someone in training, just taking my information before Dr. David came into the room. Then he proceeded to do a light adjustment, I never met dr. David -- and I left the clinic feeling confused and misled. This isn't my first time seeing a chiropractor. I've had experience with several chiropractors through insurance, and unfortunately, many didn't take the care seriously. That's why I did my own research and chose this clinic -- specifically for Dr. David's care and reputation based on the reviews. Later, I called and asked Katherine why Dr. David didn't handle my appointment. That's when I was told he was on vacation. But that's not the issue -- the real concern is that no one informed me beforehand, and I wasn't given the option to reschedule. I'm not questioning the part-time doctor's experience -- this is simply about communication and respect. My appointment was for Dr. David, and that expectation should've been honored. Please fix the communication, so patients don't feel misled and lose confidence in your care. A simple heads-up when the doctor is unavailable would go a long way in building trust and delivering a respectful, transparent experience. I would've gladly waited for Dr. David's return if I had just been told. Thank you.
