Not once in the previous month did they bother to communicate that to me. They did call me 30 minutes before his appointment and not bother to leave a message because apparently when your entire job is communication, a phone message is just too hard. I wasted 2.5 hours, pulled my child out of school for the day, and canceled meetings with my work because this office doesn't know how to handle basic scheduling or communication.
