Not a good experience! We came here in our vacation but the service was slow and the food wasn't good no salt it took 4ever and no one came to the table to let us know or apologize. Sorry but will not recommend. The flan was delicious so maybe the bakery is good but no good for dinner. read more

Ok, was a little skeptical since this place was in a strip mall. We took a chance and glad we did! Our waitress was friendly and kind and the food was delish! Fajitas were plentiful and fresh! Worst food in the world. Not even mexican food. We ordered the cheese dip and it was disgusting, we stuck it on a plate turned it upside down and it stayed in place. We sent it back after no even eating it yet they still charged us for it. The cheese enchiladas are tortillas with sliced queso fresco (not even crumbled) inside. The shrimp was frozen and it had imitation seafood meat. For two shrimp soups, cheese enchilada, and a cheese dip it all came out to $59. On top of this the waitresses had the worst attitude. Save your time and money. We hardly even ate our food. It was so awful and now we all have food poisoning on top of it. read more

Hola! My family and I came here during our trip through Florida. Food was good; nothing earth-shattering, but slightly above average. I had the chimichanga - picture below - which was superb. My primary complaint is the service (or lack thereof). Staff were confused or rude, food was slow coming to the table, and my brother had to ask for a refill of water four times before receiving it. Walked in and we were the minority! Got to be good right?! Yep Dinner was fantastic! Our daughter had the chicken kids tacos. Wife had chicken burrito. Side dishes were just as good and help enhanced the main dishes. They accommodated me a vegetarian. We had guacamole to start. You have to try it. In the store also are display cases for dessert. This place has really good Mexican food. We have about 6 Mexican places, all very close together and this one stands out. The bakery is unbelievable! They carry mostly sweet breads, we've tried a lot of them and they are good and very reasonably priced. The butter cake is outstanding, and my mom will sometimes go out of her way to get a piece. The food is excellent. I have brought family from out of town and they were blown away at how good the food was, how reasonably priced and how large the portions are. The tacos are stuffed and very tasty. The enchiladas verde are spicy and delicious. The staff speak Spanish, but try their best to accommodate my english speaking friends and family. The atmosphere is very casual. On Sundays the karoke does get loud, but it's fun to watch. read more

Hands down the BEST Mexican food in Naples! A nice casual, ethnic atmosphere that offers local flare, awesome service and excellent food at an affordable price. We always leave with leftovers. Everything is fresh and consistently good. We've eaten there nearly 2 dozen times in the last year and never once had a bad meal. Wife & I stopped for dinner, hoping to have a authentic Mexican meal. We were not disappointed. Denise was our server and did an excellent job. We had shrimp, chicken and beef Fiatas. Very tasty but only 3 shrimp. Not crazy about the 3 dipping sauces but we're not into hot spices. We will definitely be back. Stopped by this restaurant as we were on the area looking for good Mexican food. Based on the reviews, this seemed like a good choice. First, they wanted to sit us in a dark area with no light. Then we waited over 1-hr for our food. When we told them that they had delivered food to both tables next to us who got there way after we did, their response was: "they placed the order before you did". In addition, 40-mins after placing the order, the waitress comes to notify us that one of the entrees ordered was not available (granted she had just offered us a little bit of it to try it). When asked if the food was going to take long the response was: your food? In regards to the quality of the food, it was below average. I definitely won't be coming back nor recommend this place. Leave your money at another restaurant who may know something about customer service. read more

If you are lucky enough to stumble upon this local taqueria, you will be in for a treat! Entering the shopping center where Garibaldi's is hidden is like a trip straight into Mexico. Trust this is a good sign. Walking into the restaurant is a bright experience as your are greeted by tasty plush pastries and the chipper Mexican staff. The place has an excellent opening chips, disregard the red salsa provided... ask for the green one, it is far superior. Here my tastebuds have been blown away by the most rich and delicious horchata ever! Don't bother with beer, horchata is definitely a must here! Keep it simple with the tacos, the steak tacos are exquisite. Even if you're not a fan of tamales ask for one, I highly recommend them. The green chicken tamales are phenomenal. I always like to order food otherwise I have to wait but even then when I call, make my order, they tell me it'll be ready in 15 minutes I get there in about 29 minutes, these people still have me waiting for 10 more minutes!!!! I frequent this restaurant often only due to it being close and being invited out by friends. I will try to say what I feel is good about this restaurant first. When friends and I go to this establishment they usually order the steak fajitas and I usually order the enchiladas de carne asada. I have to say that I have grown to like the enchiladas and they seem to like their fajitas. I have tried other plates at this restaurant and not cared for them. We have tried their margaritas here also and they never get them right. I have sent back several margaritas due to the fact that it tasted like as if they dumped the whole salt shaker into the glass. Most of the times the waitresses ask us how to make the drinks. Now for the service- this is honestly where this restaurant is lacking. It takes them a very long time to bring out the meal. Also they rarely come back to see if your table is in need of anything else. Our table always has one person that has to run back and forth and ask for other items that they have either forgotten or that one of us need before we have completed our meal. The absolute worst thing that I have seen first hand at this restaurant, is that many Hispanic individuals frequent this restaurant and after they begin to feel the effects of the alcoholic beverages they are drinking the waitresses over charge them. I have seen this happen more than once and it just isn't right! read more
