The job was extracting the keys from inside of a 1982 Corvette that were accidentally locked in there by my mechanic (a good mechanic too), while I was out getting parts. It took me longer to find this business than it did for them to solve the problem. Jerome had never had to unlock a Corvette before and actually retrieved the keys from in the ignition with a flexible metal rod and pulled them out through the gap between the driver side window glass and the body of the car. I then took the keys and unlocked the car, myself. like I said, simply incredible. 1SG(R) John Osborn 609 North Ellis Avenue Dunn, NC 28334 910-308-3030 SFQC 3-83 / OTC-18 / Delta Force combat veteran

Due to some life circumstances, I had to sell my old car prior to getting stationed here. I attempted to purchase a Mustang from another Ford Dealership closer to Fort Bragg, but the other dealerships in Fayetteville were dishonest and kept me waiting for 1 month claiming 2022 EcoBoost Mustangs would be arriving in September only for them to tell me mid September that they had no idea when their shipment of Mustangs would arrive. I called Crossroads Ford to see if they had any Mustangs available, and sure enough they had a 2022 EcoBoost Mustang with the exact equipment package I wanted available for purchase right then and then. It wasn't my first choice of color. But after seeing the color / car in person, I loved it. Within 3 hours of that phone call, I took an Uber out to Dunn to purchase my Mustang. No games. No hassle.
