Me being an idiot, assumed we had a spare in a 2023 Accord. Unfortunately we did not and did not discover this until David arrived. If it wasn't for David being such an awesome person, we would've had to wait to be dispatched a tow truck and taken to a tire place. David offered to take the tire off, take one of us to the nearest tire store, and bring us back so he can put the tire on. This probably saved us hours of waiting and who knows how much money. I had alot going on . i came to have 2 tires put on my car... when it came time to pay I reached in mypurse to give my bank card. It didn't go through. was confused since I knew. I had sufficient funds in the account. called my bank . first time my bank said i am not seeing any trouble on our end . so I was confused at why it would t work called the bank again to find out I was issued a new card . 7 min after closing said I found the correct card was indeed using the wrong card . bit had the right card . with me . they took my tires back off the. car and did not put my old ones on. I begged the owner please use this card. this is the right card . he yelled at me refused . begged him saying I promise it will work and give you an. extra $20 to just run it. he locked up his shop as yelling at me he left me with no one there . left my car with NO tires.. he even would not put my tires I came in with back on.. I hope I never treat any customers they come through my doors like this ... I was left ny myself unable to take my car . I came with an officer the next day.
