I had to ask for the basic blood test. She did not order a mammogram, colon or bone density test. I complained of my ear plugging and she did not even look at it. I had injured my arm and found out later that she made no notes of it and wanted me to come back in merely to order an x-ray for it. It would be impossible to see what was wrong with a probable Deltoid muscle tear without an x-ray or MRI so why she refused to order one, I do not know. I guess just to get money for another useless visit. I told Whitney that I was depressed after losing my grown daughter w/young children to cancer. She immediately turned the conversation to all about her own problems without addressing any possibilities that might help me to better cope. After telling the staff manager, Margaret, that I had been told via text I would be switched to an actual doctor after reporting the poor service from Whitney, she said that they do not text and it must've been a robo response. I then sent proof with copies of the actual text messaging that I had an ongoing conversation with someone that was going to assign me to an actual doctor, which never happened. Margaret never acknowledged, apologized or helped in any way. Northwest Family Medicine is a terrible place and I would advise any and all to stay clear! Even the offices did not feel that crispy clean like one would expect from a good medical facility.

Well I don't have much problems with Heritage health medical services, But have had my family…read moredoctor here for three years or so, went in few da ago and they were asking who my provider was, I was like heritage health. They said they changed over to new system, then and could not get my info from the old system, then they said my choice coverage ended in Nov. it's April, I didn't know our family doctors can just expire, been ages now trying get another letter. Anyways went to dental for tooth ache and was an emergency, they took x rays said this needs be done and this I'm great, they freeze the pain, go out to the front desk make appt get the dental emergency worked on and they book me a month out. Ended u go Spokane VAMC ER cause was lot pain and they took a look and said give me me a call later. Not an hour later, they called back said I need to come back in 4 days and the dental office here treat it and be covered by VA as it was an emergency. They don't see how a dental office booked me Month out for the work needed. they also sent message out get my provider back. In all I'm not normally covered by VA dental but they saw the need. So saves me bit my dental insurance money at least.

She is my lifeline to better health and nothing escapes her notice. She is very carful about prescriptions and their usage.
