When I went in, they charged me $65.. ok.. They also said it would take "up to 2 weeks" for me to get my ring back. After 2 1/2 weeks of not hearing from them, I called to get an update.. the lady on the phone said "oh, I don't know why they would have told you 2 weeks.. our jeweler went out of town this week, so it's going to be more like 3/4 weeks." Awesome. Then, when I finally get my ring back, I noticed it's way off center! I went back and showed them and they denied they were at fault.. Buyer beware! Trust me, it is worth the drive to go somewhere not only cheaper, but more reliable than here!

The saleswoman was so friendly, and she helped me find what I was seeking, and then she told me about all the different stones, their histories, and these little facts that only someone, who truly cares, knows. It was a Saturday afternoon, and I was the only one there, so we talked, and I shopped. It was such a great experience, and I learned a ton. Thank you for a truly great experience. Promised several times to get it done, but instead I heard every excuse in the book. No communication! I had to call. Over and over.
