Special occasions came up--Mother's Day, the occasional funeral--when I felt a need to send a remembrance. I knew they were never further than a phone call away. I'd tell them what I wanted--and, since money was big concern--they'd ask me how much I wanted to spend. And, they'd always work with me to make sure I was getting my money's worth, and then send me a bill at the end of the month. I continued my connection with Wilson's during assignments in Colorado, Texas, Virginia, Alabama (although, out of this area), Mississippi, Florida, and Tennessee. Needless to say, we still do business with Wilson's, because we're comfortable with them, and because they've EARNED our business, and our trust.

I ordered a larger arrangement and then two smaller "mystery" arrangements, which they made sure matched the larger one! I appreciate that attention to detail, as I was going to use them all for the same event. They have a cute little gift store, too. Some childrens toys, bottles of wine, cards, kitchy hand towels, candles. It's an awesome one-stop-shop for gifts. Everyone loves receiving flowers! I did think the website could have been a little bit easier to navigate, but it wasn't too bad. They also offer delivery which I believe is free of charge! The staff was very friendly when I picked up, and even helped me out to my car.

The owner messaged me and assured me they don't put wires in their flowers. He sent over a new arrangement with fresh flowers. The arrangement I received Monday for our 35 anniversary was even worse! It was an almost $400.00 arrangement and it was dead by Tuesday. I took it apart to try and salvage some of the flowers; only to discover that two of the orchids were just the bloom wired to a florist pick. Not in water! I certainly don't need to hear from the owner.
