The owner messaged me and assured me they don't put wires in their flowers. He sent over a new arrangement with fresh flowers. The arrangement I received Monday for our 35 anniversary was even worse! It was an almost $400.00 arrangement and it was dead by Tuesday. I took it apart to try and salvage some of the flowers; only to discover that two of the orchids were just the bloom wired to a florist pick. Not in water! I certainly don't need to hear from the owner.

I asked if Grant already had her cc on file, if not he would need that info, how much she wanted to spend, to whom the items were to be delivered and where, what she wanted the cards to say..,. but that even if she called when the shop were closed for the day she could get things rolling by giving Grant a heads up on what she wanted in addition to the flowers for the funeral service. As for the flowers at the funeral: the style, choice of elements and skill of arrangement were ( as expected) something I would have been willing to have had my own name bound to. Thanks Grant for continuing to offer the quality I trust very few to provide in this age of internet boxes with a bundle of stems, expecting the person on the other end to make an arrangement out of it like the pic shown to the purchaser. Harold oh one more thing... if folks want Walmart, they are everywhere... open 24/7... but that does not mean quality or ( in this case) value for what you get. If you want to grab a half-dead bunch of whatever is left and take it yourself, that is your call...
