I couldn't have pulled off this wedding without Courtney, and I wouldn't have wanted to! Once we…read morewere a month out from the wedding, Courtney and I sat down to have a meeting about how things would go. She led me through the whole process, got all of the details she needed from me (contracts, etc.) and handled the rest on her own. I honestly couldn't believe how easy she made everything. From that point on, Courtney went behind the scenes and spoke with all of my vendors to nail down final details and to make sure they were committed to our timelines. I didn't even know all of the work she was doing because she didn't bombard me with details, only reached out when something extra needed to happen or if she had a question, and ensured that I need not worry... she truly had everything handled. Because of Courtney and Invision Events, I was able to actually ENJOY my wedding weekend rather than be worried about all of the little details. I got to live in the moment and honestly had the most relaxing, laid back day before the ceremony started all because of her help. She even kept up with my phone, bag, etc. It's the little things that count!! Friends kept asking me the month of the wedding, "What can I help with? Do you still have a lot to do?" I honestly answered them that everything was taken care of and I could rest easy for the last few weeks of our engagement and enjoy my groom. Hands down best wedding planner ever! Thank you so much, Courtney! You were a DREAM to work with!!

Every single session by Amy was professionally (and patiently) conducted. Our Maternity shoot took place in February of 2018 at the Birmingham Botanical Gardens and despite the incredibly cold weather, Amy was able to capture wonderful photos. For our other sessions we met Amy at her sweet little studio and the pictures were absolutely adorable! Her prices are incredibly fair and her turnaround time is quick. Our son has changed so much over the first few months of his life and we are glad we invested in some high quality photos to capture his sweet looks! Looking forward to sharing our lives through photography with Amy in the future.

That place is now out of business; shocking, I know. So needless to say, I was at a loss when my next experience for prom flowers came around. The group going was 2 girls and a boy, so the other moms and I wanted to make sure that at least the corsages were comparable. Another mom scoped out the local grocery and wasn't keen on their offerings, so from a past experience with The Petal Cart suggested going there. We didn't get our order in super early, in fact, The Petal Cart was able to work in our order the week of. We appreciated it, and as it turned out, an early order would have had no advantage due to a shortage of flowers pretty much everywhere. So the girls had decided to do flowers in both colors, and all would be equal. We picked out the colored ribbons we wanted to use and a general idea. They said they would make it work with what might be available, and she was on her way to the airport to pick up her flower order, which she said would likely be a surprise to her, too, depending on what was available. The flowers looked fantastic. They were sprayed to match the ribbon, and they ended up complementing the dresses nicely.
