The owner, Steve, is always running the front counter to ensure that customer service us up to his standard. His spotting service is on point, and the work is actually done on site rather than trucking the clothes to a plant. That accountability leads to a higher quality result.

Secondly,…read moreafter taking a few things there to try them out, I took a wool, expensive coat there to be cleaned. It came back with one of the toggle fasteners in front broken. Mind you, this coat was made with the toggles in the material - they were part of the coat. They assured me for 6 WEEKS they were either going to fix it or replace it. So they "fixed" it by replacing the toggle with a completely, larger toggle, a completely different finish that didn't even match the others. Now there is this huge, unmatched toggle in the front and if you try to remove it, there's this huge hole there now. It's ruined! I paid over $200 for this coat - and they offered me $50 to replace it? Really? i told them to keep their money and I'll take my business elsewhere. I will NEVER take anything there. I would suggest you don't either.
