The first picture is literally on HER website...the second picture is what I received 15minutes prior to the funeral. On the phone she stated she followed the picture but didn't have the peach roses...that was NEVER said to us. If you are out of a flower that is suppose to be pretty much the main flower why did you not say anything?! The flowers are wilting on the bottom and the roses that were provided have brown on the bottom of them. I told her this and she said she got the flowers in today and they aren't wilted, she said the funeral is already over so there's nothing to be done and refused to give me a refund or do anything about it.
