I chose the flower box after googling a Tyler based, brick and mortar florist to put together an arrangement and deliver it to my mother for her birthday. Long story short, the arrangement that was delivered to her barely resembled the one that I languished over when making my selection via their website. I chose the one that I did specifically because of the overall colors and variety of flowers. I understand that what's in season and what's available that particular day will vary, but if you're considering ordering from the flower shop online, you might want to call in your order just to be certain that you don't end up paying $70 for an arrangement of daisies and filler in a cheap vase with a gaudy pink bow. My mother's funeral was pre-arranged at Burks-Walker-Tippet funeral home right across from the Flower Box. We didn't know until we met with funeral directors that we were on our own to order a casket spray. We got to the Flower Box about 4:30 before they closed and quickly made a decision and met with owner. He guaranteed it would be delivered on time next day by 3 pm. We chose flowers and colors we liked and left it up to him to create it. 3 other friends ordered from the Flower Box and they already knew what we wanted. The stems were rotten and the flowers were wilted by second day and completely dead by the third day.
