They were able to help me primarily through email (when most florists I spoke to required in-person appointments only) and were incredibly prompt and responsive. They never tried to upsell me or suggest additional pieces. When looking over my inspiration, they were great at suggesting affordable flowers that would create the look I was going for without breaking the bank. In the end, I was so happy with how all of my wedding flowers looked. I wanted flowers that were bright, colorful, and evocative of a fiesta. That's exactly what I got! They created a beautiful flower crown, bouquet, and bud vase centerpieces for me. They received so many compliments throughout the night. At the last minute, FTD informed me they couldn't deliver the flowers on her birthday. Needless to say, I was incredibly disappointed. After 3:30 p.m. on the day of her birthday, I called White House Flowers, hoping for a miracle. Not only did they agree to help, but they created a beautiful arrangement and made sure my mom received flowers on her special day. And they did it all at a reasonable price. I truly can't say enough good things about their customer service. They were kind, compassionate, and willing to go the extra mile when another company completely let us down. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous, and they turned what could have been a ruined birthday into a wonderful memory. My advice: skip the national flower brokers like FTD. They simply act as middlemen and, in my experience, didn't seem to care when things went wrong. Instead, support a real local florist.
