They were able to help me primarily through email (when most florists I spoke to required in-person appointments only) and were incredibly prompt and responsive. They never tried to upsell me or suggest additional pieces. When looking over my inspiration, they were great at suggesting affordable flowers that would create the look I was going for without breaking the bank. In the end, I was so happy with how all of my wedding flowers looked. I wanted flowers that were bright, colorful, and evocative of a fiesta. That's exactly what I got! They created a beautiful flower crown, bouquet, and bud vase centerpieces for me. They received so many compliments throughout the night. The lady at the front is the sweetest human, she recognized me after only my second trip in there. I bought a tiny gift for my little sister to cheer her up, since it was the anniversary of the death of a close friend. When I told her that, she took the time to put the gift in a cute little bag and tie a bow around it. It's hard to find customer service like that.
