Not sure who ownes this flower shop since no one returns calls and the number on there card they sent out does not have a VM sent up. Go figure that is one way to not get the bad news. My mother inlaw sent my wife and I fowers for our anniversary and this is how they looked. I received them on Saturday I called 3 days straight finally the 4th day someone answer the phone and someone said the owner would get back to me. Today is 9 days from when flowers were deliver and no one has contact me. Bad PR on the owner of this flower shop. I know you might have been busy but it only takes 1 minute to place a call. Flowers delivered- they were 'all f-d up' not 'All Flowered Up'. Simply ugly. I know valentines day is a busy day, but it's predictable! Hire more staff, etc. If youre too busy to do a good job, don't take more orders. Oh, and on top of this, I was so sick with a fever. I left the same review (basically) on their website, under feedback. Phone number was mandatory so I gave it. Oddly enough.......20 minutes after sending my feedback I got a blocked phone call, the person on the other end (female) told me that I was a f-ing b***ch. I can only speculate who called. read more

The arrangement that I recieved looked like someone had grabbed an old bouquet from a grocery store and shoved it in a glass jar. The flowers are wilted and shoved as far down into the glass vase as possible. The balloon is as wilted as the flowers. No bow, no fillers and no talent was added to this bouquet. Let me also mention that All Flowered Up called me 3 times to tell me that they might not make it by 6pm and ruined the surprise of flowers. I honestly think that they stopped at walmart and bought a $9 bouquet that they then shoved in a vase. The card was from the dollar store. If there was an incident then deliver them the next day but don't deliver junk. read more

This flower shop was chosen by FTD for my order for a memorial service. The arrangement was supposed to be white roses & Peruvian lilies for $59.99. What we got was white carnations, white daisy's with a few Peruvian lilies! Everyone knows that Carnations & Daisy's are the cheapest flowers you can buy. FTD really needs to consider who they chose to partner with as this shop is not a good reflection on them. Would never recommend this shop to anyone. read more

1800flowers used All Flowered Up (local-Texas) for my funeral arrangement (I live in Maryland). The funeral home contacted me and sent me a picture of cut, wilted hydrangea and daisies in a vase. I had ordered a Standing Spray in blue and white, roses, lilies, carnations and mums. The funeral home contacted the Florist. The florist said they would remove the wilted arrangement and give me my correct order. They Did Not. They sent again, cut flowers in a vase. It did have a few roses this time and the flowers were not wilted. But it was NOT the arrangement I paid for. I live out of state and would have never known of this terrible disservice had not the wonderful funeral home notified me. Always check if using an out of town Florist that what you paid for is what they delivered. Shame of you All Flowered Up. How can you look yourselves in the mirror. Shame. read more

I ordered flowers through Pro Flowers for a FTD bouquet. This is the florist that filed the order. The bouquet is not what I ordered and I am extremely disappointed and upset. I ordered flowers through the FTD.com website to be delivered to the funeral home in Alto, TX. I selected a beautiful, mid-size arrangement (called Beyond Blue) desribed as FULL and LUSH with 6+ Asiatic Lilies, 4+ white roses, white mini carnations accented with blue statice, cream spray roses, and lush greens in a cobalt blue vase. I paid $72.43 for it. When I arrived for visitation last night and looked for the arrangement...it wasn't there. That is because what this florist delivered was NOTHING like the arrangement I ordered or paid for. It was the chinchiest, cheap piece of crap I have ever seen, and was not at all worth the price I paid. Cheap clear glass vase, 1 lily (closed up), 1 pink and 1 white rose, it looks like 2 white tulips closed up, some lime green and hot pink mini carnations. Lots of green filler. That's it. I'd post the picture if I could. I was so horrified I removed the card so no one would know who sent it. I have filed a formal complaint with FTD and asked for a full refund. And I have also recommended that they drop this florist from their vendor list so that no one else is as disappointed as I was. read more
