We chose the moving out cleaning because I am currently unable to due any serious cleaning due to a herniated disc in my back. We had a 1560 Sq ft 3bd 2ba apartment and Phoebe did an amazing job! The bedrooms were spotless, the bathrooms were sparkling, the fridge was super clean, and the stove (especially the oven) just like new. Phoebe even cleaned the doors along with the window sills too. Then over the past couple of months there was always a little issue with my cleaning. Corners not swept etc. The last "cleaning" I was billed for was a joke. I think they vacuumed the one room with carpet and that is it. My hardwood floors still had visible dirt my sinks were obviously not cleaned. When I contacted the service (via text as I always have) I was told to call before 5pm. My response was that I would not be able to call before 5. I let Lisa know I couldn't. She said I would need to contact her by phone before 5 during the week. This isn't possible with my work schedule. My schedule is the whole reason I use a service. Since this wasn't resolved and since I was charged for a service I didn't receive I cancelled my services. Lisa's response was sarcastic and unprofessional.

I reached out to her the next day after I had time to go back and fully inspect my home. I reached out to her two different ways via messenger and also iPhone message along with pictures of the work that was not done in my home. She has seen both messages and has simply chosen to not respond back or to make it right. I paid a good amount of money to have my 2100 square-foot house cleaned from top to bottom for a deep clean. According to her Cleaning policy, and what all it entails for a deep clean, I would say the majority of my downstairs was missed in those areas. Tables were not dusted nor baseboards that could have easily been accessible to move that she clearly stated would be. I didn't just pay for a regular cleaning. I paid for a ceiling to floor deep clean. When I came home, all of the lights were on and aesthetically, It looked good at the time, but when going back and looking at certain portions of the house, I noticed baseboards were not touched nor windows washed. This is what led me to do a more thorough investigation of the house. If she just would have reached out to me to try to make it right I wouldn't be leaving this review right now. My suggestion for any of her future clientele, please make sure you are going around your house and thoroughly inspecting it from top to bottom. I definitely would not recommend her to any of my friends looking for a cleaning service.
