I purchased two vinyl posts, they were put in my pickup truck then in the garage where one stayed and not used. I then returned the unused post and was told the won't except the post because it had some black scuffs that were there when they were picked up. Now since my history with Amechi I recommend my daughter purchase her new fence from them. Now my daughter has an estimate for 38 sections of which she will be purchasing from another fence dealer and also brother who is a contractor will also not be dealing with this second rate company and he will be passing this information along to his colleagues in the business. They tried to belittle me because they think I don't know anything and I was insulted by this attitude. The Amechi Fence Company was a family business but this second rate company Deck & Fence Superstore seems all they want is your money and when you leave the store you are screwed.

Nevertheless, after the installation, we bought some items to their attention regarding the shower doors automatically sliding to one side, handle installed incorrectly (when pointing to hot water you get cold), and most of all, water coming out from under the shower doors onto the floor. Because the doors were fixed from sliding by leveling at the top, more water come out from under the glass shower doors due a larger gap created by leveling at the top. He showed me some of the material he was top of the line. After a great estimate (compared to other roofers) Jimmy's crew came out and started the work with supervisor Dave. The crew was very professional and worked like a well-oiled machine. Every person knew what their exact job was. After completion, the property was cleaned up (even polished my deck railings and spindles) and looked as if nobody was there.
