Even when there's about 20 ppl on the line all cashing their checks, the line moves pretty quick. One of my fav things here though is their coin machine "Penny Arcade". You bring in all your loose pocket change and all the coins inside your sofa cushions, drop it into Penny Arcade, and you walk out with some decent money. I just turned a small pile of coins into a dinner for two at Houlihans! Can't beat that!

Literally EVERY time I have gone to this bank (I've…read moreonly been a customer since 7/2023 and it's only October, I have to wait on a line 4-5 people deep to do any banking beyond withdrawals from the ATM. They never have more than 1 (usually 1) or two folks working that can help you with actual banking )opening accounts, wire transfers, etc.). I've never waited less than 45 minutes to be helped. NEVER. The manager just sits in her office, does nothing to jump in and help the folks in line. When asked, she has a super snotty attitude and usually makes some excuse for why she can't help. Banked with Chase for over 25 years, never seen anything like this. They will be losing my account and I'll be going back to Chase. I only opened an account here because I moved nearby, but I'd rather travel to go back to my old Chase bank. DO NOT DO BUSINESS AT THIS LOCATION.

It took us close to 45 minutes of waiting, to finally speak to a representative to open our joint account. They had comfortable seats to wait at, and we had each other and our smart phones to entertain ourselves, but that's still kind of a long time to wait. The manager apologized for the long wait times, and did offer us complimentary bottled waters, which was nice, and lets you feel like they care about the fact that you are waiting a semi-absurd time. The person who created our joint account was a really nice lady, and she helped us through the process without any real hitches. I'm satisfied with the treatment received at this bank. It could have been faster, but the genuine concern for wait times saved them.
