During these interesting times we live in this place can be abrupt with service. It is small and there is almost always a wait on the stairs going up to their door to get into it. If you are coming here to browse and purchase I think it is going to be tough with supplies thin to non-existent if you are looking for a specific item. If you are a first timer it might be better going to a larger place for not only possibly better service but also training as well. I have only used them for transfer purposes after purchasing direct from a manufacturer or via a place like GunBroker. That process has been smooth and has even gotten more smooth with everything going online which is some good that COVID brought to the system. I have tried to buy ammo, but they have never had what I was looking for (and neither does most all places online). I tried to buy a G17 gen5 MOS but they never got one in. After literally months of waiting I got it somewhere else and did the transfer here but took a ding on the CC fees with my pre-purchase in getting my money back on that. They offered store credit and unfortunately I just did not see myself using it here over any reasonable time frame, so I am not complaining on this point. Just something to be more award of in the future. Bottom line this is a gun store. It is not Home Depot. They make a highly regulated process smooth as it is going to be, and I am a fan of the store. read more

THIS IS JUST MY EXPERIENCE: Being new to the gun owning world, I dealt with a few stores & representatives over the phone. A few were excellent & others were jerks. I have no qualms taking my money elsewhere just based on customer service, but this establishment earned every dollar of mine. Jack, one of the owners was phenomenal taking out the time to teach me a few things & sharing a few things about the law. Him alone would give this place 5 stars. There was no sense of rushing me, the friendliness was on point from several of those gentlemen which brought much comfort to the atmosphere, specially for a first time gun buyer. Just a side note, in light of the recent racial climate which I think is stupid & stoked by the media & people that just want the world to burn, I believe when I was in this establishment they were all white, yet they spoke to me & dealt with me as a human being having nothing to do with the color of my skin or appearance. That in itself is praise worthy. I like the set up of their store, & from talking to one of their employees it seems that they are working heard to get the orders in for inventory. Overall it was a great experience & I would highly recommend it to anyone. I am definitely coming back hopefully after 30 days to buy another weapon from them. The staff is extremely rude, especially staff member, named Andy. All of the sudden, they take by appointments only. I tried to call before I come in, nobody pick up the phone. Plus, their website doesn't tell that is only by appointments. After driving 40 minutes and waited on line for 30 minutes one of the staff members took out a sign, stating appointments only. When Andy came out, I tried to explain my situation. He didn't want to listen, speaking to me, using slurs and kicked me out verbally. If I could give this business negative reviews I would. I came here for my first handgun and these guys were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to explain in depth the pros and cons of each item I was considering and recommend the perfect item for my needs. They even suggested that I wait to purchase and not rush to a decision which is not something you usually hear from salesmen. My brother and I brought are two young sons which just got I'd card to purchases to look at what they had available to buy. ( if found something They like this would been Christmas present to kids of course gun be in there name ) We where told by young kid in hallway to wait in car till people cleared out. Then same kid called and said only one's buying are allowed in store. We all not happy with that and left. We all have I'd cards would not go back for future business. read more

My wife and I went here to pick-up some powder. While I was paying, she saw a pink camo M&P 15-22 that caught her eye. She really liked and the price was right. The owners were very nice and a pleasure to talk to while we waited for the NICS approval. Since the approval was taking longer then normal, they mentioned a few places to eat in the area. GUN OWNERS BEWARE: This is not the business for you. This entire experience is riddled with poor customer service, lies, and deception. I Dropped off my gun here to be repaired. Jack, the owner, told me it would be 3-4 weeks. Roughly 2 months later I called to check in, got the laundry list of excuses. I thought, ok no problem maybe they are backed up. 3 months goes by, now I'm starting to get annoyed. Here's a business owner who's reputation is his livelihood. The guys on vacation, but someone from the store promises to call me back by the close of business....spoiler alert: no phone call ever. Fast forward to 5 months later, after 9 phone calls for status updates, I had to go into the store, visibly upset and demand that I wanted to pick up my gun and be on my way. THEY COULD NOT EVEN FIND IT. Turns out it's disassembled in parts in the basement, apparently with zero rhyme or reason on how they keep everything organized. I get a call a day later saying the owner Jack wants to meet me man to man and give me my gun back in a week and apologize. I come in the next week, and THE GUN DOESNT EVEN HAVE ALL THE PARTS I DROPPED IT OFF WITH. He said he lost the Butt pad/ shoulder pad. I asked him straight up: why do you tell people you can repair guns when you simply can't? This man then has the stones to say to my face " we do repair guns!" It took 5 MONTHS AND ME DEMANDING MY GUN BACK FOR THEM TO EVEN FLINCH. Just absolute disbelief. He said he would call me back in a week when he found it. Furthermore!!....I took my gun apart when I got home and even more parts were missing!! if I could give this place lower than a zero score I would. Please don't go here for anything at all, so you don't have to go thru what I went thru. read more

I wanted to stay on top of any future negative ratings that may come in due to the "appointment policy" at GSA. Listen, it's blasted ALL over the site, the facebook page, etc - YOU NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. PERIOD. If you show up - you won't be able to get in. People don't read the rules and are then complaining about not being able to shop here and therefore "are taking their business elsewhere". GSA was nothing but professional, patient and best of all amazing listeners. They answered all of my questions I had. I cannot thank them enough for taking care of me and am very much so looking forward to my continued experiences there. Not to mention, when I was there - the phone was beyond ringing off the hook every 2 seconds. Each call was immediately picked up and customers were being taken care of.
