I ordered a floral arrangement for a wake that I found on the Greenhouse Flower Shoppe website…read more When I attended the wake, the plant I ordered was drastically different from what I ordered. When I contacted the florist, they explained that they are affiliated with Teleflora and can't always accommodate the selection that Teleflora offers...therefore substitutions have to be made. Since I didn't notify them not to make any substitutions, they did their best with what they had on hand. To make things right, they issued me a full refund. They asked that for future ordering, it was best to call and they can let you know exactly what they have and what they don't, and can work with you to get things right. I appreciated the explanation of what happened and their willingness to offer me a refund. I will definitely use them in the future, and will call the Flower Shoppe directly next time and will not order online, as that is where the issue arose.

She created flowers for both of my daughters starting with high school events like prom and dances, and continued through their weddings and even our family baby showers. Every arrangement has been beautifully done, original, and consistently impressive. Her wedding flowers were truly amazing -- full, elegant, and timeless, and the baby shower designs were just as thoughtful and stunning. My daughters have always loved her work and trusted her talent completely. You can look elsewhere and even pay more, but you won't find a better florist for the price. We've trusted her for years, and we would do it all again.

I was so disappointed in the quality considering the picture that was on the florist's web site. My sister took the arrangement back to the florist after first calling them the next morning.
