GORGEOUS flower arrangement and service. Ordered a mostly purple arrangement for my aunt in an assisted living facility. Easy to order online. I ordered a standard arrangement. What arrived looked even bigger in person. The most gorgeous PURPLE blue ish roses. Aunt was very pleased. It has been a few days and it is still looking very nice. Thank you!!! I have a best friend who doesn't live near me and beginning cancer treatments. I couldn't be there with her so I wanted to send flowers. I went on their site and placed the order before they were opened and the flowers were delivered before lunch. They were perfect. Their prices are about what I would have paid downstate. I will use them again. read more

If I could give ten stars, I would! Like some of reviewers out here, I am based in CA and had to get flowers delivered out of state. I wanted to support local business and came across Prospect Florist. However, I did not realize that the recipients of the flowers would be out of town and miss the delivery of our flowers. I was disappointed to say the least, but figured, maybe one of their neighbors can enjoy it so it doesn't go to waste. But it turns out, I didn't have to worry about any of that because Prospect Florist took the flowers back when they realized that the recipients were away on vacation and returned it to them when they got back. Fresh, beautiful flowers, not the same ones that got delivered weeks before, lol! I am so impressed with their customer service, they went above and beyond for us and I am truly grateful for that. I will definitely be returning as a customer! read more

The flowers made for our dear friend (whose father died) were exceptional. I asked for fresh beauty and that was delivered. She was overwhelmed! We are grateful for your talent and highly recommend others to use your services. Thank you SO much!! I was encouraged by the fact that I saw a lot of positive reviews for this florist. Like another person who commented that they were ordering from California and were happy with the flowers that the recipient received, I decided to go with Prospect Florist. I'm not really an order online type of person because I like to convey to someone over the phone what it is that I want. I spoke to Julie, she was wonderful, pleasant, helpful and understood my needs. These were flowers for my aunt's 96th birthday. I even got a picture texted to me from the florist of the final product and it came out absolutely beautiful! Thank you so much to Prospect Florist and I would highly recommend. read more

On top of that the price was very reasonable for the quality that we received. I highly recommend Prospect Florist! read more

I forgot to schedule a flower delivery for my sister's birthday until the day was upon me. I had used another florist in East Peoria for several years, but had been having more and more instances of unsatisfactory service. I took a chance a decided to use Prospect Florist. I am so very glad I did! I spoke to Liz and Peggy who were both courteous, friendly, and extremely helpful. Not only did I get delivery that day, but the flower arrangement was absolutely gorgeous! I had a few special requests that were met and exceeded beyond expectation! Thank you Prospect Florist, especially Peggy and Liz!! read more

I ordered flowers from Prospect Florist after reading the reviews and browsing their website. My coworker said the bouquet was amazingly beautiful. I told them I was looking for flowers that would last a long time due to my friend being in the hospital a long time. I also wanted fall colors. They did not disappoint. They delivered to the hospital really quickly too!!! This place is top notch!!! read more

I saw all the positive feedback for Prospect Florist and gave them a call. The customer service I received over the phone was great, they knew exactly where the flowers were going. I was hoping for an early delivery and the flowers arrived at 1 pm - Perfect! Not only did the recipient love the beautiful bouquet, but my friend was there to see her face when the flowers came and confirmed that the arrangement was lovely. Thank you for making my friend feel so special. Working with your shop was a pleasure. read more

We went to this florist when we needed to order flowers for my father's funeral on short notice. We weren't really sure what to expect in terms of the process, but the florist was patient in explaining options and availability. She helped us pick out arrangements and flowers to go in them without being pushy. Though there was a flower shortage going on, she said she'd do her best to create arrangements that would be as close to what we wanted as possible. When we saw the flowers at my dad's services, we were stunned. They were gorgeous, and everything was as it should have been, down to the ribbons and pillow for the grandkids. The red roses combined with red carnations and white accent flowers were particularly beautiful and appropriate for my father who was a Vietnam veteran. Prices were very reasonable as well and we didn't feel taken advantage of in our time of grief. Well done, Prospect Florist. read more

I was so pleased with the service from Prospect Florist. First, I didn't put a signature on the card so they called to ask - awesome. Second, there was a misprint on the last name, they called to ask - awesome. Last but certainly not least, they sent a photo of what was delivered. One is never quite sure of what the recipient will actually receive. If you want quality product and quality service, look no further than Prospect Florist. Thank you to the staff at Prospect Florist, you made me look good. ;-) read more

Much love to Prospect! I called them from Arizona late in the day and they still made a same day delivery happen. Thanks so much!!!

They were prompt in processing the order and even sent a picture of the arrangement prior to delivery. Unfortunately, the arrangement looked nothing like the photo on the website. The website photo had bright colors with beautiful fresh looking red and pink roses. The actual arrangement was dark and dusky looking with funereal looking purple roses. I mean, it's SPRING now, for gosh sakes ! E-mailed the florist to ask them to correct the situation, but I have not heard back from them. read more

Called to send a plant basket to my daughter at her new job, and she had it 90 minutes later! The plants are beautiful, and my special requests were fulfilled to T! I can't say enough good things about Prospect Florist. We had to attend an unexpected funeral and with all the things and plans that were going on, we had forgotten to order flowers for the services that were to begin at 3 pm on Sat. Realizing this on Fri, I began searching the internet to order online and the first two sites said it was too late to order. I was so dismayed but decided to try one more florist - Prospect Florist. I thought calling might be quicker but it was already past 5 pm on Fri so they were closed. The order went through on their website but I knew that they wouldn't even see the order until Sat morning, and then to expect them to not only make a last minute large arrangement but deliver it within a few hours?...well I prepared myself to be disappointed. When we were in the waiting line at the funeral, I could see all the flower arrangements surrounding the casket. And while all were very nice, one stood out that was gorgeous and I thought "wow, wonder who sent that one". When there was finally an opportunity to go look at all the flower arrangements and read the greetings, I searched for my order. Bouquet after bouquet was not ours. Then I got to the gorgeous arrangement and had to contain my excitement and happiness that that arrangement was mine!!! I could hardly believe it. Prospect Florist's arrangement was the most beautiful one there and they did it last minute!!!! It was a sweet joy in an otherwise very sad day. The flowers were fresh and in excellent condition and Prospect Florist was cheaper than the first two online companies that I viewed. I highly recommend them for your floral needs. read more
