I wasn't impressed with this place. When I first arrived into Porto and the Turum hotel recommend this place, I moseyed over for a coffee and a pastry. I sat inside at a long table against the window, and sat, and sat, and sat. They weren't very busy, and I saw waitstaff chatting, but no one ever came to take my order, so I left. The second encounter here was on my last day in Porto, the couple I was with wanted to have lunch here before our last night in the hotel. This this there was a wait, it was very busy, we were finally seated outside. I had a chicken burger, and my friend ordered nachos with guacamole, and tacos. Maybe it's because I'm from Tucson where the tacos and nachos are the best, but it looked terrible, the guac. was brown and watery. The lemonade was just canned, and my chicken was just ok. Service is slow and terrible. The food isn't local cuisine, which is what I want when I'm in Portugal. I'm not sure what the hype is about this place. read more
