Since we go to her so often, we typically stick with the packages which offer a discounted price for multiple facials. Each time I have gone to her, she always knew what my skin needed and each facial varied a bit, depending on what I needed at the time. She has never rushed my appointments and doesn't charge per minute or hour like most facial places do. Typically, my facial appointments could last from 1.5-2 hrs. She starts off by washing and exfoliating your face with various high end products while a steamer opens up all your pores. Then she proceeds to extract the blackheads and whiteheads. She seals the spots that she extracted with an electromagnetic tool that kills the bacteria in your pores. Then she puts a cooling mask which helps with the inflammation. She also gives you a good massage. Afterwards, she puts layers of various moisturizers and sunscreen on. Sometimes, she will give you samples of products she wants you to use for the next couple days after. She also sells most of these products. My mother typically gets microdermabrasion for her dark sun spots and has never been disappointed. She also gets a more lengthy massage because Jane gives the best massages! I have recommended Jane to my closest friends and would definitely recommend her to anyone who needs a good facial or massage!

It was not blotchy or red at all! No redness whatsoever.
