I was contacted shortly thereafter by Alex from Cisnes who said he could help me. He wanted to come by to see pond. He came the next day for a thorough look over and said he did not think the liner was the problem but he would need to do a more indepth check. We discussed cost and exactly what would be done. I agreed to cost and procedure. Alex and his crew (2 men) came the next day and began the investigation immediately checking water lines in and out of pond but did not find a leak. Next they checked the waterfall and there was the leak. The leak was repaired in short time and the area around pond was returned to how it was found. Alex is easy to work with as is his crew. I am very happy with the finished job and plan to hire Alex again in the near future for Landscaping work.

The crew worked efficiently, paid attention to the details, and did a thorough cleanup before leaving. I've hired enough companies over the years to recognize the difference between simply getting a job done and running a business the right way. Jireh clearly falls into the latter category. They were reliable, organized, and took pride in their work. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for landscaping or tree work.

Jireh showed up punctually for both the quote and the removal, and kept us informed with reminders and updates on arrival. That Saturdaythey skillfully removed all 4 trees without damage to our property, then cut the wood in portable lengths and moved to our front yard for removal. They then tidied up and raked all areas that the wood touched including the path to the front lawn. They showed up to remove the logs as promised and again tidied and raked the area they had been resting. If we could give 10 stars we would!
