My seed was just laid on Thursday so I've yet to see the fruits of his labor, but up until now Beau has been nothing short of a pleasure to work with. Once that nearly 10K sq. feet of yard goes from brown to green, I will certainly change my rating to a 5 for sure. Beau is so nice, trustworthy and very knowledgeable about seeding and compost top dressing. He's got top-notch equipment and very effective in the application process. My large yard was completed in less than 2 days. After a long day of work, he stuck around with me to test my sprinklers and show me how much to water the seed and mistakes to avoid in watering.
