This place offers free diagnostics and I needed one ASAP. Turns out my left front wheel bearing and two front brakes needed to be replaced, there was a small transmission fluid leak and I also required an oil change. I expected to pay over $500 dollars but to my surprise it was a lot less. Everything except for the leak was fixed the same day, picked up my car and noticed that my car was still having the issues i had originally came in for so I called the mechanic and he advised me that all he needed to do was fix the leak.. took it in the next day expecting i had to pay extra, turns out my transmission fluid was so low - they replaced a small part and voila!!! my car was back to normal. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!! Save yourself the time, your money, and the headaches. I first took my car to this mechanic because my uncle has been going to him for years and he trusts him and he's always worked on his truck with no issues. However I took car February 18 and today is July 28 and I still don't have my car back. This mechanic replaced my transmission when there was no need to replace it. And so of course my uncle paid him immediately $1800 that he charged, thinking we'd get the vehicle back within a few days after getting transmission replaced. That is when the nightmare began... he then said he needed to reprogram the brain with the transmission. He would say the guy who programs it will be here soon and so that is how he had me for weeks. Soon it became months. Finally in June he decided to send it to Villa Ford. He told me he also had to replace my brand new battery which was purchased 3 months prior to me taking it to him, saying the battery had died. At this point i began telling him i needed a vehicle and so he lent me one of his cars. Ford informed me that the motor and the transmission were fine and that the car did not need to have transmission replaced to begin with with what the issue had been. and so after having it there for a month they suggested rewiring the vehicle but that would cost me around 6500 dollars. This was at the end of June and said they needed the mechanic shop to pick it up. But that they had trouble contacting mechanic shop. I finally spoke to mechanic telling him Ford could not diagnose the car and that they had been trying to reach him. He assured me he would go and pick up the car and get an electrician. A few weeks go by and I've finally had it. I told the mechanic that he replaced the transmission when it wasn't the transmission and that he needed to return the money to my uncle and that he needed to put my brand new battery back in the vehicle which he assured me would do. He agreed and said he needed his car back then. So yesterday he messages me asking me for my address to where he is going to tow my vehicle to. So i head down to his shop to return his vehicle and pick up the money. He only gives back half and asks to come back this Saturday to pick up the rest. At this time is when he informs me that Ford still has the vehicle and that they screwed up with the towing so i will not be getting it back today. He also points down to the floor where a battery is sitting and says, " that is your battery " I look at battery and took a picture of it because it's been 8 months since I purchased it from Auto zone. So I leave and I contact Auto Zone and confirm battery and they tell me that they do not carry that battery and that that battery has a 90 day guarantee. But the battery that i purchased came with a 3 year warranty. So i contact mechanic and i tell him, and so he agrees he'll look for my battery. I contact Ford to see what the delay was to getting my vehicle towed from them, and they tell me they have still not been able to get a hold of mechanic?!!! WTH!!! This guy is the shadiest mechanic i have ever worked with. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP!! read more

Buyer beware!! It starts off as an oil change and then additional things wrong with my car. I fixed them like he recommended. Until he recommended a transition change when I asked him to check the rattle in my engine. Something didn't feel right by the way he was scratching his shoulder when he talked to me. My car broke down with electrical problems after and it wasn't possible because my alternator was two years old and my battery two months new. I had the car towed to my old mechanic to find out that the alternator burned out because of an oil leak. The oil filter wasn't screwed on tightly. He knew that I was going to come back when the alternator went out was could scam me for an alternator and a transmission. This mechanic is a crook. I had brought my car twice for a leak. He charged me for a supposedly new water pump and hose, which he never did change. My car had the same leak for about two weeks. It got fixed at the dealership and found out that he scammed me. The water pump was replaced and was the original from my car. Stay away from this horrible liar and thief. This place is not great at all! Me and my wife have both taken our cars there and will NEVER go back again. I took my infinitI there to get my radiator replaced and when I got my car back the transmission was messed up and he told me that it wasn't him. My wife got her engine replaced and he gave us the car back and it had the same issues. He never responds to calls or texts. He held our car for more than 3 weeks after telling us it would take 3 days and we have to hunt him down to get an update. I recently lost all brakes/pressure driving home and luckily had a mechanic witness what was happening and helped me! He also stayed late at his shop to fix my brakes, rotters and a right caliber that busted. Most mechanics would have said they would fix the car the next day. I was pleasantly surprised that he stayed open until 8:00 pm so that I could drive my own car home safely. I also feel that I got a very good deal on price. 2 front brakes + 2 rotters + 1 right caliber + 2 rears brake boots and labor = $250 I also brought my car back a week later because I have had an oil leak forever and no air conditioning for over a year. This is the best mechanic I have ever gone to. I had taken my car into two different shops previously on 4 separate occasions and my car was still shaking with or without the air conditioning on and had stalled twice. I was recommended this place and thought I would try it. They were amazing. From start to finish they were just wonderful. They found out that the timing belt had not been put on properly and that only 3 of the rooters had been replaced as the 4th was the original part. They also found out the water pump needed replacing. So they had to replace all the rooters, fix the timing belt, replace the water pump, and then I had asked them to do a synthetic oil change and replace my wiper blades. The cost was very reasonable and the turn around time was only 2 and a half days and that was with having to order a part all the other places had my car in for over a week. Their oil change prices are great too. They are kind, honest, and really know what they are doing. They also enjoy the job and take great pride in their work. The best part is I now get to support a local family business. I have had my car back a day now and it is running just as good as when I first bought it in 2008. It has been years since the car ran this smoothly. Everything was 100%. The service, quality, price, communication, convenient location and ease of dropping and picking up.
