Entrypoint by Perry's stands out as the ONE contractor who did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, at the price agreed upon prior to installation. The glass panels were not of a standard size due to some alterations we made to accommodate easier entry/exit from the shower, so we were expecting an exorbitant fee for the custom sizes, but were amazed by how reasonable the cost was. As a bonus, Chang at Jax Custom Glass was super attentive, punctual, and extremely polite and professional. Great to work with! The shower door needed a slight adjustment after installation and Chang was here within a day to make the necessary adjustment.

I asked when they could get out to so the job. She said they would require a 50% deposit as to not waste their "valuable time." I was even OK with that, although she was very confrontational over nothing. I explained that, despite the deposit, I needed to know WHEN because we had a deadline... To which she accused me of giving her an attitude and hung up on me. OUTRAGOUESLY bad behavior for any service business. I'm very glad she did this, however. I called Affordable Glass at 352-629-5665, and they were less expensive and even sqeezed us in so we could make our deadline. I would never hire a company that employed such an obnoxious person to answer the phones. Just imagine how nasty and surely their techs are!
