Just called to set an appointment. We are on a deadline, so even though the price the woman gave me over the phone was exorbitant, I was going to hire them. I asked when they could get out to so the job. She said they would require a 50% deposit as to not waste their "valuable time." I was even OK with that, although she was very confrontational over nothing. I explained that, despite the deposit, I needed to know WHEN because we had a deadline... To which she accused me of giving her an attitude and hung up on me. OUTRAGOUESLY bad behavior for any service business. I'm very glad she did this, however. I called Affordable Glass at 352-629-5665, and they were less expensive and even sqeezed us in so we could make our deadline. I would never hire a company that employed such an obnoxious person to answer the phones. Just imagine how nasty and surely their techs are! read more

i would give zero stars if able! very unprofessional and did not show up for scheduled estimate so loss of work and pay for nothing. no return call back to see why/what happened just ignored. i guess they dont need the business??? people are just as busy as they are but apparently they dont care or think they may be hurting someone by not showing for a scheduled appointment. dont waste your time!!! read more

JR cannot tell the truth, he gets very argumentative when you question his bill, I questioned if I had two pieces of glass broken or three he promised me it was three. I went and checked his work to find they only replaced two. When I called him about it he said oh yes I was going to call you back which he never did. When he did he only reduce the price of the glass and not the labor and said regardless of how many pieces of glass he put in it would only be $125. I told him that he's just like the other glass companies in Ocalla a rip off and a nuisance to society. I do not recommend this company to anybody where they cannot be trusted. read more

This company is so unprofessional it is amazing that they are in business. Tried to get a quote on repair of double pane windows for a customer of our business and J.R. ASSUMED that my company was "making money off of him". When calling back to the business J.R. proceeds to pick up and scream "NO" and hang up. Are we 5 years old? Pathetic. After not hearing from them for 20 days (if they wanted my business you think they would have called me) I sent an email saying I was calling another company, they finally responded by calling me saying they do not work through emails??? Worst experience I've had with a merchant. The guy is unhinged. I ordered 2 mirrors on 2/27. Told 1 week to 10 days. Called on 3/6 (all dates per log on my phone) and told they were not in but expected that evening. Told he will call me. He did not. I tried calling on 3/19. All I got was a voice mail telling me to enter a password to get my messages. I went to website and left an email through it. I got no response. Tried calling again 3/23. This time the voice mail let me leave a message, which I did. On 3/24 he called and told my husband to come pick up the mirrors. They got into an exchange where I was effectively called a liar as he claimed I never tried to contact him. We immediately went to get the mirrors. He was confrontational and claimed I never called and did not email. He did mention others claimed the phones did what I said and it was Cox but then immediately went back to calling me a liar. He also claimed the mirrors only took 2 weeks as he promised. (2/27 to 3/24 is 4 weeks and he promised 10 days) We only wanted to get the mirrors. He would not let up and after using quite a bit of profanity told us he hoped we caught the Corona virus. This man should not be in business. read more

Yes went in today to get a quote and experienced the same....The young man that claimed to be the son was not listening to my request and very abrupt and cut ina nd finished sentences...for me without facts. When I called him on it he ordered me out of the store and said he was going to be a nurse anyway so I guess he hates working there for his dad. read more
