You may want to park on the side near the 2010 building where fewer people tend to park because of the short walk over to the 2020 building. The check in process itself was quick and organized. Make sure to have your photo ID/driver's license and insurance card ready to scan. The staff member handling check in was friendly and professional. The wait was a little longer than expected, and the waiting room is on the smaller side with around 18 chairs, but there is designated space available for wheelchairs which is nice to see. Overall, the staff was excellent...professional, welcoming, and very informative without making things feel overwhelming. Dr. Jay Mahajan was especially impressive with his thoroughness, competence, and ability to clearly address more complex concerns. We felt confident seeing Dr. Jay Mahajan, because of his impressive background and wide range of expertise. Includes... neurological conditions such as Alzheimer's, MS, stroke care, migraines, dizziness, nerve disorders, sleep issues, brain injuries, and pain management. I highly recommend Las Vegas Neurology for their professional staff, efficient care, and knowledgeable providers who truly take the time to explain and address your concerns.

I've already complained to manager for years. Place is till the same. Even if u arrive early or on time u can be waiting 30 minutes to an hour. That's normal here. I hear ppl complaining all the time in elevator, parking lot and hallway and waiting room! Only reason I'm stuck here is bc it's the only doctor for my issue in all of Vegas. Horrible system- no system at all. Extremely unprofessional. I feel so bad for doctors and patients.

Upon my visit, a nurse practitioner sees me and takes all my detailed history and reason for the visit then Dr Dixit comes in for maybe one minute and is very cold. I get the referral for my MRI, schedule it then receive a letter from my insurance that the MRI was denied because "I only had a headache". Who the hell sees a neurologist for only a headache?? Maybe if the Dr actually spent time w his patients then my referral would have been submitted accurately. I called their office 4 times trying to fix the denial. No one calls back. I finally call their office front desk who transfers me to Jaime who is NO HELP AT ALL and sits on my paperwork for 2 days then calls and asks if I can email them the denial paperwork from my insurance, why?? It clearly states on my paperwork the dr office received a copy. Then a supposed manager calls and says they want to see me again in their office, for what??? I already came in, explained everything clearly and now I have to do the same thing so you can bill my insurance for another visit? I asked them to cancel everything and hung up. This office is highly unprofessional and a scam!! Avoid at all costs.

We arrived on time for our 1:00 PM appointment. Because there were many patients, we waited in the front for a while, which we understood. Later, we were taken to the room, and the assistant kindly recorded all of our symptoms and information. She told us the doctor would be in shortly. However, we then waited in the room for nearly 30 minutes. I went outside and asked the receptionist when the doctor would come in, and she said "soon." After another 10-15 minutes passed with no one coming, we were becoming very frustrated and were ready to leave because we had to pick up our child at 2:30. Eventually, the doctor and assistant came in. During the visit, the doctor asked, "Are you very angry at me?" but his attitude the entire time still felt very cold and superior. Before leaving, I asked one final question. After answering, he glanced at my husband, who was covering his face with his hand because he suffers from chronic migraines. The doctor completely misread his expression, said nothing, and simply walked out of the room. After seeing many doctors over the years, this was by far the least compassionate and least understanding physician we have ever encountered.
