I received different information from different NP each time I have gone for appointment because you won't see a doctor. They will push injections after injections and IV push at each visit even if you don't want it because it doesn't help they say oh well you will get it. I would tell them I am scared of needles and they promise to put you to sleep but don't. I heard one of the doctors yelling at another employee, which is crazy! Honestly I think trust is the most important thing and I lost that pretty fast with them. They would always say what I want to hear until you get there and it's not the case. One time they had me wait 4 hrs for injections, because they were traveling from 1 clinic to another. Why not tell me to come later instead of laying in an uncomfortable bed for hours in pain? I only went there because they said they will put me asleep but again they didn't. So this was the 2nd time now I still kept giving them a chance until my last appointment and said I do not need put up with this,I am finding another place and did. Save your self a bunch of hassle and go somewhere else from the beginning. I only went here because my other doctor closed. I think most of us want to be treated like humans and not like trash. That's how this place made me feel. I had 4 IV pushes and 2 injections between March and December of 2025. I saw Feryal Hemmati NP most of the time and she is just rude, like who says you will do something? I made my husband one with me to see what I was experiencing and he was shocked at how she speaks to patients. We both worked in medical for a long time so we know this is not how you treat people!

I am giving 3 stars because the care I received from this group was excellent. However, the issues…read moreI have with them that caused a 2-star reduction are: (1) I (my insurance company) was billed $5200 for Anesthesiology for a simple, 45 minute outpatient surgery. Everything I researched shows this as an outrageous amount to be billed. (2) The bill was split into two identical amounts of $2600...one for the Anesthesiologist and one for the CRNA who assisted. (3) My insurance was billed separately for these two charges, despite being for one procedure, which then created 2 co-pays being billed to me. (4) I called to question and the billing person said that the Doctor & CRNA just "split the charge equally" when the doctor decides to include a CRNA. I questioned the 2 co-pays for one service based on the doctor's desire, and was told that's just how they do it, with no clear reasoning. Does it make sense that a nurse would bill the same as the doctor? (5) I then called my insurance company and reported the double billing, explained the simple outpatient procedure I had and how I felt the charges were excessive, and that their billing practice resulted in me having 2 co-pays instead of one, even though they were from the same medical group, for the same procedure, on the same day. My insurance company notified me that they are now requesting that Valley Anesthesiology resubmit their invoice as one charge, not 2 separate charges and that I should have had only one co-pay as a result. Their billing practices (take a look at the associated group's reviews out of Arizona), seem to border on theft...both to the insurance company, and to the patient. I understand that insurance companies disallow a big portion of the charge and that they have to write off any disallowed amounts from their network insurance providers, but they then try to make double from their patients by charging 2 co-pays for one procedure. I would advise anyone who receives 2 separate Explanation of Benefit (EOB) amounts from their insurance company in regards to this practice to immediately question your insurance company. Had it been on one invoice, and therefore considered on one EOB, I would have been billed $150 co-pay instead of a $300 one. I am hopeful that if enough people report and dispute this deceptive billing practice, that it will stop them from attempting to collect undue copays from their customers. Update: My insurance company contacted me and verified that there should have only been one charge and one co-pay. This practice is most definitely extorting 2 co-pays from their patients when a CRNA assists. I received the updated Explanation of Benefits from my insurance company and my responsible amount is $150, not $300. Deceptive billing practices, bordering on insurance fraud....although it isn't the insurance company being defrauded, it's the patient. If you get 2 co-pays, immediately contact your insurance company and question it.

They charged for double anesthesia on one case. Insurance only will pay one bill. To preface, I was 21 weeks pregnant and went to the ER and they wheeled me up directly to the labor & delivery unit. The staff was all absolutely amazing and so kind. Stephanie was our nurse and she was so amazing. I definitely appreciated how kind she was especially since I was scared as to what was going on. Long story short, everything is fine with the baby and me, but I had kidney stones so drink your water, people! haha. I had no idea you're more prone to kidney stones when you're pregnant. Hard lesson learned. The staff was really nice and accommodating and I don't feel like I was waiting too long on anything. They definitely were a bit busy and the doctor that was supposed to examine me was delivering a baby, so I had to a wait a bit there, but I definitely felt like their care there was great. Hopefully I'm not back till I have to deliver the baby haha but really appreciative of the amazing staff at the ER and the Labor & Delivery unit.

Chest X-ray for chocking or aspiration of baby food, uti catheter for fever tx to a newborn girl( although fever is a side effect for vaccine), nasal swab because she sounds congested (when in her triage she mentioned the baby having eczema so allergies come with) and Tylenol for fever(all we needed. He was thorough, compassionate, and genuinely focused on getting to the root of what was going on. I never felt rushed or dismissed. He took the time to explain everything and made sure all necessary tests were done. Two weeks prior, I had gone to St. Rose Hospital for the exact same pain and was told it was esophageal spasms without much testing. The pain went away the next day, but when it came back two weeks later, it was a full 10/10. When I explained this to Dr. Leavit, he told me that esophageal spasms are very difficult to definitively diagnose and that he wanted to run a full workup to be sure we weren't missing anything. I am so grateful he did. It turned out to be my gallbladder, and it needed to be removed. I was told it was close to rupturing, and catching it when they did likely prevented a much more serious situation. I was there for several hours before being admitted to Henderson Hospital, and although there was an emergency situation that caused some delays, the team kept me informed every step of the way. An administrative staff member checked on me multiple times to make sure I was okay and kept me updated, which I really appreciated. I don't remember my nurse's name, but he was equally amazing--kind, attentive, and compassionate. He made sure I had everything I needed during a long stay from about 8 PM to 3 AM. The entire time, I felt cared for, seen, and supported. It was clear that the team genuinely wanted to find answers, not just treat symptoms. I can't say enough good things about the care I received here.

I got signed in and took a seat, it was probably no more than 10 minutes and I was called back to a room. I was seen by the Doctor and you know what? He knew something was wrong, too. Portable Xray came in to take xrays of my elbow and guess what? Broken. Like .. BROKEN. They put me in a splint and made sure I had a referral to an Ortho for ASAP. When I had some trouble getting the referral to go through, I called back and they helped me get another referral for a different Doctor. All in all, i think I was in the ER for just over an hour. Definitely less than 2 hours. I'm so glad this place is right by my house, both because it's convenient and because I drove myself there with a broken right elbow. Ouch.
