Almost everyone there is friendly, even though it seems that they do tend to make errors. I met…read morewith a young lady, Dr Nguyen and Dr. Helmi. This is my first time at this office, two hrs later and no injections! I haven't started any treatment yet, although I thought I would be getting a TPI. During my appointment, I was informed that they would have to request the notes from my cervical medial branch block doctor and my previous pain management doctor. This was a little disappointing given that I waited two weeks for this appointment and had previously provided my MRIS. There was no previous mention about my prior doctor's notes. I was also informed that they need to check for pre-approval for my tpi. Again, I explained to this doctor that my insurance doesn't require pre-approval. I called my insurance as soon as I left this office and they informed me that they will contact pain specialists of Nevada in the morning since they were already closed to inform them of their procedure. Dr Nguyen discussed other options with me like an epidural. We also discussed their MLS laser while I was there. I did explain to Dr helmi that I had some red laser treatment at a prior chiropractic office. He claimed that laser was a superficial laser that only went skin deep. Their laser supposedly goes deeper. Two days later, I called in and spoke to I Sandy. She agreed there should be no issue since my insurance doesn't require pre-approval I asked to speak to her manager. 12 minutes later and I get transferred to Soroya

We were referred to Nevada Comprehensive Pain Center for my husband. They called to schedule his…read moreappointment fairly quickly, and it ended up being about two weeks out for a new patient, which seemed reasonable. They also called ahead to confirm his appointment and even offered an earlier time, which was nice. He decided to keep his original slot since he hadn't completed all the paperwork yet. When he arrived, the check in process was fast... almost too fast. The front desk assistant was clearly trying to move things along, which is understandable, but she was interrupting patients while they were speaking just to speed things up. There wasn't a line behind the gentleman she interrupted, so it came off a little rushed and lacking patience. Not a huge issue, but definitely something that could be improved. On the positive side, my husband didn't wait long at all after checking in. He was taken back pretty quickly, spoke with the doctor, and the visit itself was efficient. Now he's just waiting to be scheduled for injections. The office itself looked clean for the most part, and overall the experience was decent.

My appointment scheduled for Wednesday was canceled last minute and pushed out two weeks because…read morethe doctor had another appointment. That delay felt unreasonable. I spoke with Denise and then requested a supervisor. I was transferred to Sabrina, who was rude and dismissive instead of helpful. Overall, the experience with scheduling and communication felt frustrating and disorganized, especially given how long I now have to wait for care. I hope the office can improve how appointment changes and patient concerns are handled moving forward.

If I could give this office 0 stars, I would…read more I first visited Queensridge for a consultation last August and paid my $75 copay at the time of my appointment. The entire visit with the doctor lasted less than five minutes. I was then sent for blood work. Even though I had fasted beforehand just in case, I was told the specific test had to be completed before a certain time, so I had to schedule another appointment. When I returned for my second appointment after making another 30-minute drive, I was informed that the phlebotomist wasn't there, so I couldn't even have my blood drawn. After two disappointing visits, I decided not to return to this office. To make matters worse, I later received a bill for an additional $73. I spent over six months trying to get someone to explain why I owed more money after already paying my copay. I called weekly, left countless messages, and never received a return call. Because no one would respond, the balance was eventually sent to collections. I paid the balance just to deal with the collections issue, then disputed the charge with my bank because even they agreed the situation seemed unusual. Despite that, I am still being billed for the same charge. Once again, I spent months trying to get answers with no response. When I finally reached someone, I was essentially told that if I didn't pay, it would simply be sent to collections again. No one could actually explain why I owed the money. I no longer have the insurance I had at the time of my visit, and I was also told the doctor I originally saw doesn't even work there anymore. The lack of communication and patient care at this office is unacceptable. Ignoring patients for months while continuing to bill them and threaten collections is not how a medical practice should operate. If they put even half as much effort into helping their patients as they do collecting money, this situation could have been resolved long ago. I will never return and would not recommend this office to anyone looking for a practice that values communication, professionalism, or patient care.

When I called, I was met with an automated message, standard these days, but there were no options for new patients or to reach medical staff. I stayed on the line without pressing any keys, and a human did eventually answer. They were polite, soft-spoken, and informed me that the clinic operates on a membership model. Digging into the site later, I found that membership runs around $3,200 per year. What's not clearly explained is how this integrates with existing insurance. There's no detail on whether labs, prescriptions, or procedures are billed separately or offset at all. Nothing against the clinic itself, but after watching another practice in town fall apart post-buyout, I'm not eager to throw more money into the healthcare black hole, especially on top of already sky-high insurance premiums. Las Vegas isn't exactly budget-friendly, and this setup seems designed more for the west side crowd with disposable income than for the average patient just trying to get solid care without financial acrobatics.
